For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming.
Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

Did not even get started! The very first page tells you find your state... ok.... hit Texas and an icon pops up that’s says “Lucky You! Since I live in Texas I don’t have to pay some kind of taxes!

Confusing. Stuck in a worthless loop. Completely hopeless. Keeps telling me to phone. The phone number answers by saying they are too busy and hangs up on me. Great!!
