App crashes on login

I struggle to have Plantsome recognize my existing account login with the company, which I’ve bought plants from directly. After giving up on having my real account connected to Plantsome , I decided to create a new login and just add the plants manually. Unfortunately, the registration and push notifications were possible, Plantsome simply crashes on start up and now I can’t even load it. I deleted Plantsome off my phone and re-downloaded it to see if that would help, but it didn’t. Disappointing.

I’ve tried multiple times now I have registered but I’m stuck on the registration page, and it won’t let me just straight up login so impossible to get into Plantsome . Super frustrating and disappointing being that I bought the plants thru this app directly.
