App crashes on login

I struggle to have this app recognize my existing account login with the company, which I’ve bought plants from directly. After giving up on having my real account connected to the app, I decided to create a new login and just add the plants manually. Unfortunately, the registration and push notifications were possible, the app simply crashes on start up and now I can’t even load it. I deleted the app off my phone and re-downloaded it to see if that would help, but it didn’t. Disappointing.

I’ve tried multiple times now I have registered but I’m stuck on the registration page, and it won’t let me just straight up login so impossible to get into the app. Super frustrating and disappointing being that I bought the plants thru plantsome directly.
