Had to install and then reinstall OrangeMaxit many times in a row. It automatically fails to “authenticate me as an Orange customer”. Will you please fix that ASAP❓😩 Besides, logging in on the website is such a torment
I bought a plan for 7 days that offered me 1 gb and I never received it, I tried to deposit 500 cfa into my account and also never received it. Would not recommend orange .
I can’t even load stuff, doesn’t show me how much data I have left. It’s buggy
Comment ça se fait que pour utiliser cette application il fut l’internet, alors que à 80% du temps l’application ne se connecte pas!!! Really annoying and this seems to be the only way to buy giga night.

Déjà que la connexion laisse à désirer maintenant pour avoir accès à certains forfaits vous nous forcez à télécharger une application qui n’arrive même pas à savoir que nous sommes des clients Orange. Like « my number is not authenfied ». A un moment faut franchement arrêter!!!
Depuis j’essaye d’utiliser l’application, on me renvoie juste le message “impossible de vous identifier comme client orange.” Donc je suis client MTN? Attendez donc... “Vous avez un accès restreint à l’application”... Si c’était une version bêta fallait préciser non les gars?
