Great product, allows me to stream HBO and Netflix abroad which I could not do with other VPNs. But UnlocatorVPN can be very annoying. Often I have to wait 30-45 seconds, sometimes more, for UnlocatorVPN to load and give me the option to turn off the VPN- which is necessary a lot bc the connection is much slower on it. UnlocatorVPN should let you flick it off right away so I don’t have to wait for internet until it loads/connects at first.

If your out side the US 🇺🇸And want too watch your favorite streaming App but they only work in the US 🇺🇸then this UnlocatorVPN for you I travel from the US 🇺🇸into Mexico 🇲🇽 and this works Awesome no issue I only had one ☝🏼 but I contacted support and right away they help me

I have subscribed to this service over the last two years and both support and service are excellent.
I recommend UnlocatorVPN foe people who are frequently keep changing their location due to traveling

Just purchased 2 year plan. Had no problems for the first hour. Tried to add it to my other devices and was unsuccessful. Turned off my iPhone and iPad (which were running fine) to see if there was any issues with them being on at the same time and now I can’t connect at all. It says to check my Internet connection. Still trying but feels like a complete waste of $120.

I used a great discounted subscription and glad I took it. I lime that it comes with smart DNS too. And good support, had a hitch and they actively worked to resolve quickly.

Just got this service and application. Had a minor issue and tech support quickly responded and helped me work out my issues.

VPN is great. But it’s very clear they screen their emails based on the subject. Emailed them about pricing, with subject “MLB2020” (promocode I wanted to apply to my account) and they replied with a automated email with troubleshooting instructions 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️So much for “our team is on standby 24/7.” Safe to say I cancelled my subscription.

I have used Unlocator for a couple years to avoid MLB blackouts on MLB TV. UnlocatorVPN is easy and has a clean interface. Couldn’t be happier with this part of their product.

Best service ever highly recommended

I took a month subscription - VPN connects are slow, I struggled to connect with anything that I need. I am constantly having to swap between the various VPN server regions offered, only to have the same lag issues moments later. Waist of time, waist of money!!! I have subsequently cancelled my subscription.

After wasting 2 hours on this stupid thing am deleting it. It is the worst VPN I’ve tried. Big problem just logging in and then no connection, doesn’t speak well even for a free trial, you do get what you pay for. Wanted to give a negative star rating but wasn’t an option

UnlocatorVPN didn’t work at all to get around the MLB blackout restrictions. SmartDNS wasn’t effective at all, so I tried the VPN app. I set my region to say I was in LA, Chicago, or New York, but MLB would stop my local team from being broadcast no matter where I was or where they were playing.

I just downloaded UnlocatorVPN and it keeps telling me “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” every time I try to login. I have already made an account and yet it still will not let me login.

I bought a 1 year subscription, it worked for one month and now they are asking me to pay again and they are rejecting me to access UnlocatorVPN .
Total loss !!!!!

I tried using UnlocatorVPN on my iPad and my iPhone. Both times I powered on the VPN, it wouldn’t let me open any apps that require internet to use. The only way I could use my apps again was by deleting the unlocator in the VPN settings.

Customer support a disaster. They just keep asking questions and gave me no solution. I was never able to log in so I just erased UnlocatorVPN . There must be better ones out there

If the VPN is as good and as seamless to use as the Smart DNS service ... wow!

Worke great during trial, then I signed up for six months and app won’t recognize. After several atttempts with customer service saying they will follow up with billling no acccess is the norm!

Initial customer service was good but now the whole service rarely works and they don’t bother replying to support emails. Don’t waste your money

The whole point of using something like this VPN is to appear to be in another location but if using an app like MLB At Bat this VPN is a giant waste of money since MLB at bat uses GPS instead of the VPN to make connections
