I was expecting things more like kawaii and anime, normal things that come from Japan but I got non of those😢

It’s more like a web browser to browse DokoDemo. It’s slow, sluggish, very confusing and not overall a good experience.

All items that selected are not in the same cart so cnnt make the payment at one time for all ordered

Why is DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace so slow?? Doesn't search. Takes forever to load anything. Please fix!

We spent over $700 on two rice cookers, food, and other products from the application to use in the USA. First it took over 3 months to get the shipments. When they did arrive the food was past its shelf life and had expired. The rice cookers were not designed to run in the USA. After going back and forth with “customer no service" they said we were stuck with two rice cookers we CAN’T USE AND CAN’T SEND BACK. We have been told that they don’t take phone calls for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Seems like DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace is too heavy and it won't download whole page every time I tried to open. I was excited to get Japanese products but I can't even click anything. Very disappointed.

Get errors when selecting a category.

I tried it many times don’t search and I have so fast internet up to 300mb

If I have chance to pick 0 star, I will. I purchased some cosmetics from this website and disappeared due to transportation reason. I collaborated with them very well, after totally 3 month they told me I only can pick points. I didn’t get my money back and also they charge a lot for the service fee. DON’T USE DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace!

DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace has such great potential. It allows products from Japan to reach consumers all around the world. But it has a many flaws. DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace runs extremely slow, and randomly turns from English to Japanese. The shipping is outrageous. I wish they just had a standard amount for shipping instead of basing it on weight. (for example, standard shipping for all orders on Stylevana is 6$) they also do not have any promotions that allow free shipping if your purchase exceeds a certain amount. (for example, orders $50+ =free shipping) You should not have to pay the shipping from different sellers. Consumer shouldn’t have to buy directly from the sellers on DOKODEMO. DOKODEMO should be the third party between the sellers in the consumers. If DOKODEMO fixed these things I would happily buy from them, but until then I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

I tried few times, but can’t pay at all whatever I try by app or website. Before that, I can’t pay by using PayPal neither. Worse experience I ever have.

DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace is not working! When trying to log in it gives me a message saying “403 Forbidden”! I juts ordered $200 worth of products and I have no way to check on my shipment! Someone please check what’s going on with DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace and fix it, I need my products or my money back!

There’s no customer service for DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace which is ridiculous coming from a country that’s supposed to be all about “excellent service and pride in it!”. x[

I did not buy anything because it all in Japanese, I speak English and Spanish only.

It’s my first time using DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace . Everything works fine except when I wanna to choose faster delivery, it won’t let me select . Now I have to wait 14 days instead of 2-4 days that I was willing to pay for.....

The back button disappears and you have to click the home button and start your search all over again. Too frustrating to use.

I am a first time user of DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace. Bought 3 items about $32 USD. Shipping fees was about $7.50. My order was automatically put to combined shipping, which added extra $15.5 USD for combined shipping handling fees. I know DOKODEMO has to make some money off the customers, but they should be more transparent about this fees since I didn’t know about this fees until the very last step of payment.

Now, yes shipping is slow, however I have ordered from other Japan based shops and the shipping is delayed across the board because of a typhoon. Once it got better both of my shipments were processed quickly when in customs. Most of the time shippers have little to no control of how long shipments may sit in customs. The interface could be a little better, and the variety could be better. I’ve had no problems. I do wish there was an easier way to just browse for things and I’d love to see some more Japanese clothing brands like milkfed on here

(Mini rant) These guys worked hard to fix the problems in DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace and no one helped them out by fixing their ratings after they fixed the problems you guys asked for. (Rant over)

DOKODEMOJapaneseMarketplace is awesome! A bit slow but it’s still an amazing app to find all your Japanese needs!
