Ich habe eine E-Mail über eine Bestellung des Produkts "CelestiaGain" erhalten. Ich kenne das Produkt nicht. Zudem ist mir "Hotmart" unbekannt. Ich storniere hiermit mit sofortiger Wirkung alles. CelestiaGain und eventuellen Vertrag mit Hotmart. Habe die erhaltene E-Mail nur durch Zufall gelesen Bitte um eine sofortige Antwort! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus Kurig

I am able to log into Hotmart app yet when I attempt to load a video from my purchases content it won't play. I've checked everything on my end so I'm wondering if the app is down for maintenance or what.

I cant close the Hotmart App on my Android phone, the reddish orange Hotmart landing page remains on screen. All other Apps have some x or other exit - what's wrong with Hotmart?

How to fix Hotmart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hotmart app on iPhone
Update Hotmart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hotmart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hotmart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hotmart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hotmart Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hotmart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hotmart App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hotmart » click [Force Stop]

Update Hotmart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hotmart App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hotmart » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hotmart.

Fix Hotmart unable to contact server/ Hotmart internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hotmart » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hotmart » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hotmart
