Hi, I thought I was purchasing an iPhone 15 from an Amazon add on Facebook and ended up being charged on my PayPal account by HotMart for something I have no clue about and don’t want. I’ve spent half the day going round in circles trying to email them and PayPal but getting no where. The virtual assistant HotMart provide is useless!! I want an immediate refund .please can you help me. Thanks Pen

Used to be able to access my purchases on both my laptop and on the Hotmart App on my tablet. Now tablet says 'sorry - because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here'. Customer service cannot be accessed as it will not accept any typed message, and all emails are non-reply

This site is BOGUS! I have tried to cancel my purchase since the day I received the email. I cannot maneuver through the program. It is very difficult. I asked for a refund, however, no one even responds. I have put through several requests. I think it is time for the BBB. Everyone should report this process!

The weight loss site I bought into is fraudulent, phising or malware. Why do I say this? Because my computer security will not allow access. THANK GOD! However, I sent a request a day after purcase for a full refund. Never heard a thing. Just found a site to request my money. But they want me to contact the creator for one of the several charges.....saying the refund timeframe has expired. How could it expire when I sent the email the next day? And how can I contact the creator without computer access to his site????? I want all of the $140.78 refunded. I will pursue it with other means if I don't recieve it.

Very fraudulent business practices as I’m unable to cancel my subscription and get refund I only have to march 3/23 they sent me a code number to my yahoo account but I had to exit expert help to get it and it will not copy 🥵 so I’m forced to log in again to get expert help and there’s no contact number to a person who can assist it’s a biggest scam I purchased

Very, very buggy platform

The platform is unable to send an email to my purchased email address. Yes, I checked my spam folder and had someone email me to that address to make sure it was working. So after spending $39 dollars buying a course I can’t access it and can’t even submit a ticket related to that account (since I won’t get replies). Basically, my money is stuck, I can’t access my content, and I can’t get help. This is unacceptable.

I’m really upset about the customer service you have. I gave you 5 stars and the reason I’m changing it to 1 star it’s because you offered a free complete class with certification if I sent a video telling my experience about the tanning class, I did and the answer was “I can help you with your questions tru WhatsApp “ so.... you are just getting reviews offering something that you obviously can’t give!!

the worst app and service

I bought an online program that uses this platform. There is no way that I can access the material from the app .. it always says that at this moment I cannot connect to try later. I enter the computer and if I can access. but from the phone it is impossible. I'm talking to the company to change their service provider. The app is lousy
