How long does it take to do a refund..... You somme deducted 3 x various amounts on something I did not purchase or granted approval for. REFUND ME NOW!!

I've been charged for 4 different things and none of them are what I ordered. This is ridiculous I need to speak to an actual person now.

made a purchase, realized it was a monthly auto pay. I have called, diconeccted. I have emailedl 10 times, or more. tried 2 cancel per phone, and computer numerous times. email, need to get with creator. email, go to site where purchased my emails is invalid...Really? or I get to the product page and finally click on purchase and there is a ERROR...please try again later. 10 times later? don't want refund....Just canceled. Please just cancel subscription.

Hi, I thought I was purchasing an iPhone 15 from an Amazon add on Facebook and ended up being charged on my PayPal account by HotMart for something I have no clue about and don’t want. I’ve spent half the day going round in circles trying to email them and PayPal but getting no where. The virtual assistant HotMart provide is useless!! Used to be able to access my purchases on both my laptop and on the Hotmart App on my tablet. Now tablet says 'sorry - because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here'. Customer service cannot be accessed as it will not accept any typed message, and all emails are non-reply

This site is BOGUS! I have tried to cancel my purchase since the day I received the email. I cannot maneuver through the program. It is very difficult. I asked for a refund, however, no one even responds. I have put through several requests. I think it is time for the BBB. Everyone should report this process!

I have not received my order

The weight loss site I bought into is fraudulent, phising or malware. Why do I say this? Because my computer security will not allow access. THANK GOD! However, I sent a request a day after purcase for a full refund. Never heard a thing. Just found a site to request my money. But they want me to contact the creator for one of the several charges.....saying the refund timeframe has expired. How could it expire when I sent the email the next day? And how can I contact the creator without computer access to his site????? I want all of the $140.78 refunded. I will pursue it with other means if I don't recieve it.

I have been trying to request refund. They give me a code but system does not go back to where code is to be applied. Have to start over and that code does not work. I have contacted my credit card company and put a dispute on the charge.
