This is FRAUD! Nothing in English you want me to download a calendar you promised you would not do this kind of bologna you are liars and I will have VISA INVESTIGATE YOU IF YOU DONT REFUND MY MONEY NOW . I have had no luck in accessing what you are selling it said I have 90 days to cancel it’s been 10 minutes since you took my Visa card by committing fraud lying about what you are selling’ refund my money today do not charge me again or you all can suffer the consequences!

I was suckered by the ad on Facebook about getting paid to watch videos all day. I was suckered into this one. I even got the emails from the company with links for me to pay fees to get payments. I tried a link but they failed. Every time they failed.

In my mind this is telling me this a red flag!!! Scam!! Red flag!!! Do not use! No. It’s a script to hook you. They have scripts that will appeal to you and whatever your situation is to get you to see how other people got scammed as well.

Apple needs to review this one better and remove it from the store. I won’t get anything I spent on this one but maybe I can stop anyone else from getting scammed by this app or VideoProfits.

I sent this app an email on February 28, 2023, today is March 6 no answer yet.

Then on March 3rd I pay the last installment of a course I am enrolled in and I received a new invoice for the same course requesting me set up a payment!!! I sent an email requesting a cancellation but I have little hope they will do it since still waiting on my first email.

I agree with other Internet site reviewers that this app shifting from languages is super annoying! I write in English and they send the automatic answer in Portuguese! And when I am in the platform it keeps switching languages for no reason and doesn’t stay in English.

The fact that they don’t have a phone number is really bad because you have no way to stop the abuses you are subjected when nobody answers your emails. I will need to hire a lawyer if they charge me again for the same course because the people who run the clases I’m taking said they have nothing to do with the platform!

I followed all of the directions but when I opened Hotmart and tried to click on the first course option there was only a pdf and nothing else. I closed it after downloading it like it said to and now the entire app is just a white screen other than the pdf. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t do anything. Can anyone help?

The platform is unable to send an email to my purchased email address. Yes, I checked my spam folder and had someone email me to that address to make sure it was working.

So after spending $39 dollars buying a course I can’t access it and can’t even submit a ticket related to that account (since I won’t get replies).

Basically, my money is stuck, I can’t access my content, and I can’t get help. This is unacceptable.

I’ve tried several times to change my payment method so I can access my content again but Hotmart /website won’t let me. I’m following the directions and there’s no option to actually change my payment. I get to the page that says my payment couldn’t go through, I click on the red button that says update payment method and I get to a new page but there’s nowhere to change anything. I’m seriously frustrated 😡

I’m really upset about the customer service you have. I gave you 5 stars and the reason I’m changing it to 1 star it’s because you offered a free complete class with certification if I sent a video telling my experience about the tanning class, I did and the answer was “I can help you with your questions tru WhatsApp “ so.... you are just getting reviews offering something that you obviously can’t give!!

Videos are going to full screen by themselves.
Once in full screen I can’t return to previous state because the cross button right down doesn’t work.
If I choose speed the video and I let Hotmart in background the speed get back to normal but when switching back to app the speed is setting to 1.5x, so I can’t speed it up again. 1.5x speed but video is running in normal speed.
I have to restart Hotmart for everything I want to perform after play a video.

I bought an online program that uses this platform. There is no way that I can access the material from Hotmart .. it always says that at this moment I cannot connect to try later. I enter the computer and if I can access. but from the phone it is impossible. I'm talking to the company to change their service provider. Hotmart is lousy

I purchased the video profit opportunity however when I click on it it sends me to a website claiming that I still need to pay for something that I already purchased also there is a translate text to earn money program there is one video there and the person that created it claims that he was going to update it on the 4th of July 2023 as of when I am writing this it is July the 12th 2023 and that same message is still there.

I downloaded Hotmart for the sake of making money watching ads (as was advertised to me) but after 4 days the videos stopped loading, preventing me from gaining the remaining $800 or so to meet the minimum $2000 withdrawal requirement. I accessed the platform via browser and the videos began playing again, but my balance had been reset to $0. I uninstalled Hotmart then reinstalled and the balance had been reset to $0 as well. The videos now play on Hotmart again but I lost 4 days worth of watching ads and got nothing in return. I messaged the email provided by the in app virtual assistant 3 times to zero response. Something told me that this was probably a SCAM because it sounded too good to be true. I just don’t want to invest more time into Hotmart if it’s going to malfunction right before I’m close enough to cash out then start me all over. I hope someone has a resolution. I purchased a ONE TIME ONLY charge late October, for just ONE COURSE. I haven’t been able to access any subject/module or video in regards of my purchase to this day, and yet I have received TWO unauthorized charges to my account from Hotmart. Worst? I can’t cancel the billing charges, because I bought my course directly to the course creator and not Hotmart . And even if I had purchase something, I can’t even recommend Hotmart to anybody trying to learn anything, because I CAN’T open the study material.
DO NOT USE Hotmart.

For months now I’ve had issues with trying to access my purchases courses, but EVERY TIME when I’m on cellular data, I get an “Oops” error, just like many others on here. I’ve already tried talking to a tech representative and nothing came from that. Now, updates later and it’s STILL broken.

What I have to do to get my courses to load is get on a WiFi network, download EVERY VIDEO I want to watch, and only then am I able to view the course. And yes, my app AND iOS are on the most current firmware.

I’m not giving it 1 start because the downloads videos work. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The application has room for improvement. Although it has a good concept, the application frizzes constantly.
I do not like the fact that to play a sound I must go back to the play list and reboot the song every time. The application should allow to play a song/sound as much I need it. As a result, it takes longer times to access my content.
The application has a decent layout and it was created with people in mind who want to learn something new.
this app needs some improvement for the user to enjoy it as many times as the user wants.

I use the spark for this app but now don’t work anymore . So I using those this app app and is not open I reinstalled and still don’t open I hope you guys fix this soon because I use my phone 11 pro to watch my classes and I’m not being able at this moment.

I’ve been using this app ocasión ally for the last couple of years. Sometimes very successfully sometimes not! When it doesn’t work, I had to buy again and do over the entire process without any reimbursement. Overall I’ll give it a7in a scale of 2 to 10

Hotmart works very well and it’s so easy to get all kind of course/seminars in Hotmart. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes if the course/ seminars/lesson has any “download” you are not able to do it from Hotmart , but in the website you can download or open it with no problem, but it is easy to navigate on Hotmart 90% works perfect

All courses I have via this app perform well. Easy to login, locate and use throughout around the last year and a half I have been using it. The one time there was an issue it was fixed quickly as well.

I’m trying this for the first time an I like what I doing to make money watching videos. It’s gonna show take the load off me by bills an other things I’m glad I take a chance on this program. Thank u very much

The only problem it’s that sometimes it pause by it self a lot and I have to restar or to erase and re download to be able to work but other than that it’s a good app and the concept it’s great

At first I was having problems logging on. App repeatedly rejected my password though it was the correct one. Now it seems to be working okay. I’m traveling now so I haven’t been using Hotmart but once I get settled, I will be more consistent.

Hotmart was little buggy and very slow but is getting better. The last version stop crashing all the time but still little slow to download videos.

I’ve been able to learn many new techniques for our massage practice even though these classes are forren. We have been able to learn so much and although their certification is not valid in the USA the techniques have made a big difference and we haven’t had to leave our home it all been through Hotmart

I really loved it because the people I follow can actually say everything they want to say without being censured. Thank you.

I never thought I could become a professional in any field through online courses. Then the pandemic came and I was forced to change my mind and how surprised I was. I really enjoy being part of this community and I can say that all the money I paid for courses are well invested. Thank you.

I really liked using this app Sparkle, I purchases a couple of online courses, it helps getting lessons in order and I can view them any time because they are easy to find.

Hello developers, once I open a video or pdf Hotmart won’t allow me to exit to continue the next class or go to the pdf included in my class, every new video I need to uninstall sparkle install again and so on, in my samnsung phone I can see everything but doesn’t allow me to print the pdf or screenshot because is a policy” would be wonderful if Hotmart allows to pause a video and come back to where we left and be able to direct us to a pdf with any mayor trouble, otherwise everything is fabulous, gracias

It is a very practical app. I spend most of the time driving and Hotmart works perfectly an I can watch all the courses I bought without interruption.

I have been utilizing the sound wave a lot with my granddaughter and it have been making a big difference in her behavior. She does not live with me so I can only do the other activities on the weekends but, I am very satisfied so far. Thank you💖

Once I listen to a day of my lesson, there seems to be an ad that shows up and the only way I can seem to get out of it to go to next lesson is to delete and reinstall Hotmart . I paid too much for my lessons to be dealing with this! Not happy.

I am not happy at all. There are services that I have been charged with, that I did not buy or request. I have paid almost a thousand dollars for these services without my knowledge as it is done automatically online without me requesting them or know how to use them .. 👋 👋 help..
