The map disappeared suddenly. I tried rebooting without success. I tried reinstalling the app without success. The robot is working but on the app there is no map(blank/white screen). Please advise Thanks
The robot does not draw a map. It does not relocate and say: New area detected. Therefore it does not draw a new map, I guess. I have reinstalled the app, deleted the map, reinstalled the Robot, everything. It just does not work…
bonjour, le logiciel est peu ergonomique. il manque une fonction de cartographie avec une capacité à sauvegarder le plan et nommer les pièces depuis 3 semaines la carte ne s'affiche plus du tout ce qui empêche de planifier un nettoyage ou de choisir une zone
Did not draw a map like before. I just change my smartphone and make a upgrade of Weback. Is something to do ? Thanks
The app cannot successfully connect to my robot cleaner - iCLEAN-CR02. The app gets as far as "Device registration to smart cloud" and then just times out slowly to 100% and goes to the "Compatibility mode failed" screen. I have tried with my router firewall on and with it off - the result is the same.
Vacuum sits on charger and says “charging starts” but will not charge. It remains at 33% and charges no further. All lights are on. Charger has power. App controls are working.
