RedsSavoyPizza is super buggy. For example, it does not recognize my login information. Their website does. And the website is super easy to use. The pizza itself is awesome. RedsSavoyPizza is crap.
Ordered pizza using app. Got confirmation on screen that ordered was placed. When I got to the store, the order never came through. Order taker had to go into system and saw that the order was there but never delivered to store. Very poor system.
I like your pizza but well done is fine on the bottom of the crust but on top I’m not that impressed with the burnt edge’s. Both pizza that I ordered today were very well done. At least the boneless wing were good.
App seems fine, does what I need it to do - with one exception. I see an option to order a pizza ‘well done’, but how do I order a take n bake?
App doesn’t always work and it’s not the smoothest. Why can’t I order take and bake pizza on RedsSavoyPizza or website? Best pizza I’ve ever had though.
Why not list hours for store on app. Spent 10 min ordering, click checkout, pop up says the store selected is closed. Why not list hours in the store details? Or block out any locations that are closed.
Saves payment method and is easy to navigate and place orders for delivery.
RedsSavoyPizza needs a delivery tracker so you can figure out when the order should arrive at your house

I’ve been a Savoy fan forever and I have many fond memories of the old restaurant on 7th St. That location may be gone but I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of their locations or service. The newest restaurant opened up in the Treasure Island building downtown Saint Paul, and I work right next door! Life is good and the team there is GREAT!!! Thank you all for working so hard to provide our neighborhood with amazing food!

I have NEVER had good chicken wings from a pizza place ever! The wings here are soo good super crispy and the Smokey honey mustard is amazing too!!

I had never heard of Savoy‘s pizza… however, my husband had. Picked up a pizza this month from the Shakopee store and it was by far my new #1. I loved the crispy crust, fresh ingredients, lots of cheese, great sauce, tasty sausage, I can’t wait to have it again!! Highly recommend!
they are great always ready when i get there is hot and ready to go, i just wish that they’d cut the pizza better they usually cut it good on saturdays but on some weekdays the pizza isn’t cut well but over all great place
We had a Savoy near our home in St Paul and missed their tasty pizza. After moving to Blaine tried a few places to no avail. Couldn’t find a pizza we liked. Had to drive to a place in Shoreview to get a good pizza. How happy were we when we saw the Savoy sign go up! Been regular pizza ordering beasts since. The employees are the friendliest. The delivery person we typically have is so friendly and here so often our golden retriever doesn’t even bark now. He’s a part of the family. RedsSavoyPizza had a glitch for a bit but it’s working great now!
