Ordered pizza using app. Got confirmation on screen that ordered was placed. When I got to the store, the order never came through. Order taker had to go into system and saw that the order was there but never delivered to store. Very poor system.

The app is super buggy. For example, it does not recognize my login information. Their website does. And the website is super easy to use. The pizza itself is awesome. This app is crap.

Why not list hours for store on app. Spent 10 min ordering, click checkout, pop up says the store selected is closed. Why not list hours in the store details? Or block out any locations that are closed.
