TNT - Tracking Reviews

Relying on TNT to keep track of your package whereabouts is useless. TNT is extremely slow when it comes to updating your information. Customer service and TNT information are completely different. It’s been two weeks now and shipment says the same as the day the sell dropped off my package. Thank goodness I will not use this service again since I will not be ordering from a country on the other side of the earth. All I want is precise location of my package and TNT do not provide that. At least not at this moment.

Seriously the worse tracking system I have ever worked with! The tracking number takes me to another country and a package that was delivered 8 months ago! Crazy!
Or would say the tracking number could not be found... after re-entering the number again and again using letters and numbers or just numbers.

Got item a couple days late no problem
Did not get notice of delivery until it was on my doorstep
this app and FedEx connected tell FedEx as they were of no help when they were asked information!

gives great status & gives good information !

The information provided on TNT contradicts what Customer services says over the phone. Example, package shows it’s in Houston Texas but Customer Service says it’s in Washington on the Delivery truck. I know without question it’s not in Washington.

As so far excellent

The delivery is delayed, the delivery crew didnt call or text to ask for direction or for helpful info for delivery location. They reported wrong info to cover the inability to deliver the package on time or as promised. Very poor service of FEdex local office.

Maybe it’s not TNT per se, but the information provided is not very specific and the noted expected delivery date could be more wrong.

My order via eBay was slated to arrive yesterday 22nd May 2019...all I see is pending...can’t tell what’s goin on n with so many bad reviews I see here I’m getting worried as I won’t take this lightly

Got a tracking notice from Lowe’s that uses this system. Wish I’d gone to Home Depot. At least I’d know when my shipment is arriving.

I’m confused this is new to me, I feel like I’m not gonna get my package for some odd reason

TNT says my package is to be delivered March 24. Today is March 30. No sign or info on my package .

It’s not giving me details where the parcel is. It only says In transit.

If you search for A package other than FedEx, it advises you where to go for more info on tour parcel.

Tracking: the tracking is a complete pain and there's no way to track it accurately. When you have an expensive package coming from overseas, and it turns up three days late, it worries a person to death.

Employees: There are no words to express my anger and hatred for people that work for this company.

Delivery service: I purchased a ten string from etherial guitars, and it showed up (late) with so much damage. The guitar case was bent so far out of shape it would barely close, the shell was cracked on the case, and it looks like someone threw it inside of an industrial washing machine. The guitar has nothing but noticeable damage. This is THE WORST delivery service I have ever experienced. No person should have to go through what I have.

I would rate this lower but I am forced to give it one star.

Info provided by TNT is same as on their website, and both are outdated and inaccurate. Calling customer service is no help as they lack any visibility on status once shipments are scheduled to be imported to US. Service has degraded to almost zero since FedEx completed their acquisition.

I have to say that TNT isn't reliable. It is not updated correctly with package location information like FedEx and UPS. It does not let you sign up for an account and you have to go to a special website to do so.

Tracking works ok, but will not show the current location of a package. Just origin and destination.
The function to generate a quote for shipping packages does not work at all. It is not possible to enter 'From' and 'To' locations in the form for requesting a quote.
