Slow

Relying on this app to keep track of your package whereabouts is useless. The app is extremely slow when it comes to updating your information. Customer service and the app information are completely different. It’s been two weeks now and shipment says the same as the day the sell dropped off my package. Thank goodness I will not use this service again since I will not be ordering from a country on the other side of the earth. All I want is precise location of my package and this app do not provide that. At least not at this moment.
Worse tracking system!

Seriously the worse tracking system I have ever worked with! The tracking number takes me to another country and a package that was delivered 8 months ago! Crazy!
Or would say the tracking number could not be found... after re-entering the number again and again using letters and numbers or just numbers.
Inaccurate information

The information provided on the app contradicts what Customer services says over the phone. Example, package shows it’s in Houston Texas but Customer Service says it’s in Washington on the Delivery truck. I know without question it’s not in Washington.
