CRM and sales tracking Reviews

I think CRMandsalestracking is a mess. I imported my contacts and Sellf created many duplicated companies...even with all of the same details makes no sense. The contact portion did not include the address which you have to add. Instead of a nice and tidy layout Sellf has the information in weird orders (state, address, zip, mobile phone, city). This makes no sense. In addition, the mapping is terrible. Out of 2,000+ contacts and companies, Sellf only mapped 11 each.

There are much better options available.

Monetizing with no users? Seriously?
CRMandsalestracking is great and seems too early to monetize- but that's precisely what's happening, with exactly zero users.
You can create 10 categories off the bat but after that you have to pay. Instead, I'm just deleting.
You have to populate virtually every field yourself, nothing is automatic. It can't sync meetings or anything.
I'm sure Evernote will take over this concept and make it better

The application has potential but there's a lot lacking. The major issue that I have with CRMandsalestracking is that if you are the administrator and you invite people they get to see in change anything they want. It should be where the admin is able to invite people and they have the option to allow them to see other peoples deals or not. This is more of a collaborative team application not really a sales person team application.

Purchased the year version so I hope it gets better, but found there's no web app, and no real integrations with other apps. Wish I had accidentally clicked yearly so I could get a refund legitimately. :-/ If you like having your CRM cost more with less features than most free editions of others, then CRMandsalestracking is for you. 2 stars because goal-based selling is nice, but don't want to track everything by hand on an app when it could integrate and pull more info.

I like the contact management and to-do interface. Having a desktop version for when I'm in the office is nice. Finally, living in the email world, I appreciate the email reminders.

I can easily keep track of my companies deals and of the activities that my sales guys are doing in order to get to their goals!
Keeps them pretty motivated. Strongly recommended!

I normally don't write reviews. But CRMandsalestracking is too awesome not to. I'm one of the most forgetful guys in the world, and CRMandsalestracking is saved my life. I can put everything I need all in one place and it takes care the rest. Do yourself a favor and download CRMandsalestracking.

I spent many sleepless nights looking for different apps that will help me get more things done in a day and this solves everything CRMandsalestracking is amazing and can really make and on the road sales person job so much less stressful and organized!

I have used multiple CRM platforms and this is the best. It syncs with Evernote for adding notes and you can see your pipeline and performance in one glance. Adding customers takes no time at all. If you are considering CRMandsalestracking jut get it.

It's basic, but does exactly what I need. I love the goal setting feature and the good morning feature. The web app is great as well for PC. I wish we could get contact/calendar integration with Exchange and I would be in heaven. Also would love to see some Today screen integration. Either way, for $25 a year, it's killer

I was previously in Sales with a Fortune 100 company that utilized a phenomenal CRM app for tracking customer Sales, Office & Project Locations, Contact info, and Notes......and CRMandsalestracking is a pretty close 2nd! What isn’t 2nd, is there Customer Support! They check in with me periodically to make sure that I don’t have any problems, and when I upgraded to Sellf Pro and did have a serious glitch, they worked tirelessly to fix it, and kept me in the loop the entire time! I highly recommend CRMandsalestracking to any and all of my fellow Sales professionals!! Adam R

I love CRMandsalestracking for my business. I run my own advertising sales business and Sellf makes my life easier.
The graphics are helpful, the UX is great, very intuitive, and easy to use. I also love that they have a web platform too. This is the most I've paid for an app, $40 for their pro version. Best money spent!

The simplicity and fun of CRMandsalestracking, as well as the ability to do stuff very easily on the fly is awesome! One thing I would suggest is the ability to check off locations after you visit them on the map within the contacts for companies feature. I've been using CRMs for what seems like a million years. Sellf is, by far, the best I've used in the last 5 years. It's graphical interface is perfect for the sales person who is motivated by what's in the pipeline. At first I was concerned that, with support in Italy, support would not be very good. The reality is I get as good or better support from the folks at Sellf than I get from USA based companies. Love it on my computer, my phone and my tablet.

I travel heavily and rely on the latest Apps for my personal toolkit and successes. I am extremely picky on my needs and wants and CRMandsalestracking certainly targets the crucial needs of the user. Although no app is truly perfect, this one certainly comes close. For those who seem to complain about the upgrade, what are you expecting for free?? This is a very robust app for the price! Highly recommended to all users who seek to stay on top of their goals and client management!

Nice looking and functional. I like the ability to sync across iPad iPhone and pc. Also easily pulls in contacts and calendar from outlook. Like the ability to send professional looking email reminders straight from its calendar app! Also can sync Evernote files to your notes which is powerful. Upgraded to pro version for 50 bucks. I'm a financial advisor and this works great for me. I could see it being used by real estate agents, contractors etc. thank you developers for creating CRMandsalestracking!

UPDATE: This product continues to evolve and the more I use it, the more productive I am. There are still a few kinks but support is very responsive. I have used many CRM tools and this by far the best.
I have been searching for CRM that's multi-platform(IOS/Windows) and integrated with Outlook/Exchange and Evernote. The workflow works well for me. There are a few bugs or minor missing features but the developer has been VERY responsive. I will upgrade the review after I have used it for a few weeks.
Update: after using Sellf for many weeks, I am Considering upgrading to PRO. I feel that the pricing is a little high for a single user but see many benefits with the integrations (IOS Contacts/Calendar/email), Evernote)

I've been looking at a lot of mobile CRM systems for my business. As a Realtor® in Houston, Texas I needed a way to not only track my customers with easy, but also wanted to integrate iCal and sync to my iPads, Macbooks and iPhone. I came across CRMandsalestracking after reading an article and decided to give it a try. Aside from some minor adjustments that I would include for my specific business, CRMandsalestracking is everything that I've been looking for. It's easier to use than SalesLogix, SalesForce and even Top Producer, which are great applications in them selves.

The user experience is wonderful and I can populate my contacts, opportunities and everything else quickly while on the go. I also like the fact that I can log in via the web on my MacBook for input when I'm in the office.

The morning messages are SUPER and keep me motivated as I start my day. This will not be found in any other software. The team that put this together went beyond a CRM. They created something that also motivates, which is HUGE!

I have access to more expensive software via my broker, but I have to say, Sellf is my CRM of choice now. If you're looking for a great solution for your needs, this is CRMandsalestracking to get.

I love CRMandsalestracking so much! Other than having a glitch like not keeping my place when I’m looking at a sale and it setting the close date to the day I’m on instead of the actual day I closed it has been fantastic in helping me track my progress and goals. I use this in my job as a salesperson. However, I’m starting a business this year, and I’d like to track that as well, but I’d like it to be separate. Is there a way you could separate it? Please help.

I was looking for good CRM for many weeks until I found Sellf it get my attention and I'm on free full trial until January I been using all tools is look it has what I was just look for I'm a contractor is since Sellf will help me one think I love is the Goal Sale when you reach your sale volume is tell you congratulations which I feel it motivates more:-) I believe I will stay with Sellf!
