Really Really Really Good-Looking

Not only is Fitplan good looking, but the results so far are, too! Here’s the thing. I love that I can choose my plan. Since I work a job that requires me to try group fitness fairly often, I love that i can go at my own pace without annoying push notifications reminding me of the next workout (I’m sure you can set these if you need the extra push). I love the responsiveness on social media of both Fitplan holders and the trainers (currently crushing Linn Lowes’ Total Shred plan). All the trainers (hey Brittne!) have separate workouts on their this app and IG pages that are more accessible outside the gym/go deeper into instruction on form for people using Fitplan .
Generally I applaud Fitplan for getting me into a gym lifting weights for the first time in an approachable and non-intimidating way. Only thing I would change from a beginner’s safety level in Fitplan is 360degree visuals of the trainers doing their workouts so I can observe their form from every angle... maybe even an intro of form hints on various workouts throughout the plan. ❤️
Seriously motivated by Fitplan, it’s instructors, and the results its community is seeing in their own bodies!

You will love this training app!! THE BEST!

I started using this app with the free trail thinking it would be like just like the training apps I had tried in the past where I quickly got bored and unmotivated with the “workout plans”. after completing just ONE workout this app my thought on training apps completely changed!! I have been using Michelle Lewis's Pro Challenge on Fitplan and can I just say this training has transformed my workouts!!! I go to the gym with a plan, purpose, and a goal in mind! I feel So great after my workout and always feel like I step outside my comfort zone and learn something new! Michelle is really on point with her workouts!!
It should be recognized that The workout plans implemented in Fitplan are done by highly qualified fitness professionals and athletes who promote building strength, educating, reaching goals, and an overall healthier individual! I need structure, guidance, and lots of push during my workouts and this plan does exactly that. I would recommend Fitplan to some who is just starting to improve their health as a beginner in the gym/home and also the most advanced trainers and bodybuilders!

Best Fitness Trainers in the palm of my hand

This is my second year using the this app. What’s really great is you get a recorded video of each move. Allowing me to know how to complete for each exercise.
The value for money comes when you start comparing a personal trainer at a gym, versus the trainers available on Fitplan . There is a workout routine for any part of your body or the whole body. Each exercise includes the option to select the weight and rep count. Or you get a timer.
You can take this to the gym or workout at home. Working out 5 days a week is easy and convenient with a routine setup for the week, calendar tracking and daily progress as you complete a workout set for the day.
Fitplan is really well developed, one of the best. I can say this with confidence after trying numerous other fitness apps.
The biggest bonus for me is a tight booty and of course the compliments I get.

Worth it!

Best fitness app as it fits exactly what I was looking for. You can select plans that you want, but also take a short survey so they can provide recommended plans. They all vary so you can pick what suits your schedule. I love that each workout shows a short informative clip on how to do the specific workout. Once you select your option you has a buzzer for your rest time so you don’t need to constantly look at your phone. It also has a calendar to show your rest days. The price is worth it if you think about the options you have and compared to getting a personal trainer if it’s something you can’t afford. I recommended this to my friends who simply don’t know what to do when they go to the gym and they can also do workouts at home if they still lack a bit of confidence in the gym. The only reason I did one less star is Fitplan has some glitches with the videos and the workouts seem to jump around when you are in the muddle of your workout. But it wasn’t too annoying where I couldn’t complete my workout.

Michelle Lewin is awesome! I think the app may have a glitch in the Freestyle section

I didn’t know what to expect from Fitplan., Ive been following Michelle Lewin on IG for a while now, and was amazed at how fit & enthused she was in her workout videos. She made it seem desirable and attainable...So, I decided to try this app. Today is my 8th day of my 8 week program. I haven’t seen any results yet but, my body feels stronger than before!

One of my favorite things about the workouts is that with each exercise the next rep feels easier. It’s as if my body becomes stronger with each rep, therefore enabling me to add more weight(if I choose to). Overall, my confidence is expanding as I don’t feel intimidated by the moves, instead I’m eager to approach them. Man, I can’t wait to see what my body is going to look like in 6 more weeks!!

Regarding the use of Fitplan . I noticed when I tried to workout in the Freestyle section, Fitplan wouldn’t allow me to select how many reps or lbs, therefore not allowing me to record my workout.

Not bad...

I’m on the 3mo plan for $30-someodd dollars and it’s ok. Not seeing any major differences from any other workout apps out there which you can get way cheaper for a one-time fee. I wish there was a little more information on workouts. I’ve been lifting for years but have never done dropsets. I had to google a drop set and found several different ways to do one (some increasing weight, others lowering weight, etc.). The instructions should be more specific and descriptive.

There should also be a timer built in. They tell you to take a 60-90 second break between each workout but don’t count down for you. As soon as you enter the weight and rep amounts, a timer should automatically start.. or at least give you an option to start a timer. Also, there isn’t a place to enter notes about your workout. Maybe I started at too low of a weight, say 60lbs, and want to start @ 80 next time increasing by 20lbs per set. There is nowhere to remind myself of that. App is well built but needs some work.

Fitplan- Best fitness app for anyone

I am so happy I found Fitplan. As my work career grew so did my travel schedule. I tried to join gyms that had multiple locations to help stay motivated and it never worked. I ended up never being close enough to a location and not motivated enough to go to the gym while on the road. My personal health suffered.
Being an executive of a global company that travels to 2-3 more cities a week, and sometimes 12 time zones away. Having this app allows me to have no excuses, access to dozens of personal trainers, and workouts ready for any type of hotel gym I end up at... without a decision to even make. Just get the workout done. I FEEL GREAT AGAIN. More healthy, more focused, more energized, more happy.
Fitplan works seamlessly with my Apple Watch and I love it. So easy and allows me to put the phone down and get focused on my workout.
this app keeps metrics of your workouts, which is critical for my personal health goals and growth. I wouldn’t run my company without metrics and I feel the same about my workouts and personal health goals.
this app’s content and workout variety keep growing as well. Fitplan is truly for anyone no matter what your gym or workout schedule looks like.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of this app and recommend it to anyone.

More data please

I love using Fitplan! Have been doing Linn Lowes’ Total Shred for 3 weeks and it’s got me loving going to the gym. Who knew that my favorite workout would be the longest one of the week...
That being said I have some requests that would really put Fitplan over the top:
1) if I already did an exercise in the past, it should show me what weight I lifted the last time I previously did this same movement, so I know what I should aim for or try to push myself to go heavier. It looks like Fitplan is only pulling the weight over from the same day’s workout, but the very first workout has no weight specified,
2) give some feedback at the end of a workout that tells me if I set any personal bests during that workout.
3) please fix the bug that says “something went wrong” whenever trying to click support or send feedback in Fitplan ... otherwise I have to use Fitplan Store review write up and everyone sees this.

Amazing!

I don’t usually rate apps, but I really felt the need to with this one. After using Fitplan for 3 weeks, I have to say that I am hooked. I used to use BodySpace which is just mediocre especially in terms of its plans for women. Fitplan somehow has a way of keeping me accountable. It has a lovely layout and I love checking off each exercise as I go. I love that it tells you how much you lifted on that particular exercise last time; I have been upping mine to challenge myself. I feel amazingly accomplished and extremely tired after Linn Lowes awesome program. Best I’ve done in a long time and I’ve tried many plans and fitness apps. Now I have completely moved away from BodySpace. I hope they continue to grow and add more...i’m excited to see! Oh...trust me, it’s well worth the $7 or $9 a month. It’s like having a personal trainer. Just do it.

Love this app...so far

I’m a regular woman who likes to workout and eat healthy on most days. I have been eyeing Fitplan for a while now and recently decided to give them a chance with the discount they provided during the lockdown.

Honestly, I love it so far. It’s only been about 2 weeks but I can say that it holds be accountable. I look forward to getting in my next workout or trying out multiple single workouts in a day.

Once the gym opens back up I am definitely going to enjoy Fitplan more. I’m someone that does well with structure, a workout plan and a schedule that’s ready for me.

I would love more plans from Melissa Alcantara and Brittne Babe...I absolutely love them.

As far as the user interface, it can be a little confusing. I find myself clicking everywhere or forgetting where’s a certain page. The calendar can use a little work...I would like to see ALL of my plans in one calendar...maybe have the ability el to click on a day and see what workouts are on for that day.

Overall, it’s a nice app. Even without paying you can use the single workouts (which I played around with months before finally paying)

Love it

Been loving Fitplan since I got it and have actually been sticking to working out for such a much longer time. The programs I’ve chosen so far I’ve been able to do at home and they’re so easy to follow along with - I love that there’s a video with each move so if you’re not sure what to do it’s right there to watch quick. One thing I hated about downloading programs etc was there would be like an “exercise glossary” and then the actual program separate and I felt like I’d have to study up before working out for the day. With this I don’t have to, I just can get into it. I also like “tapping” off on the moves I’ve completed I think it’s kind of like when you get to check off items on your to-do list and you get that little rush.

Has potential, but flawed

Even though the exercises themselves show great results and benefits, I felt this program lacked in certain key points. 1. Starting out in a circuit routine to get used to the exercises is a interesting approach, but isn't realistic in a busy gym setting using multiple equipment that has to be shared. 2. Even though given 2-3 days of rest, there were 2-3 exercises that were repeated 2-3 times throughout the week (focus on lower body). Not much rest between those for the muscles to recover. 3. Focus seemed to be only on lower body (3 out of the 5 days). Only 2 days was touched on specifically the upper body, the rest repeated lower body muscle groups 3x. Is this more a leg transformation or a whole body? 4. Needs room for modifications if incapable of sprinting or avoiding certain exercises due to injury.

Overall, the exercises were very difficult and challenging, but little time for recovery to be able to keep this routine consistently.

I used Fitplan about a year ago, and left

I was disappointed that when I had to take a few days off from workouts for a family emergency that the plan would not allow me to keep up with the correct day. If you did not log a workout on the day it said you should, it remained stuck on that day. Which was frustrating, either you do 3 workouts in one day (rather than counting the days you missed as your active-rest days for the week) or you fudge the numbers for a workout to catch up to the correct day. ALL THAT IS FIXED NOW!!!!!!!! Making this an unbelievably helpful tool in the pursuit of health and happiness. Also, for the price of a basic Netflix subscription per month, you can join a fitness community for anything you need

Game changer

I hadn’t worked out consistently since college, a series of injuries and setbacks but I finally decided it was time for a change. I began working out on my own with what I remember or new exercises found online when I came across this app. I decided to pull the trigger and I haven’t regretted it for one minute. I start Mike O’Hearn’s Total Shred immediately and loved it. I checked in on Mikes Titan Facebook group after my 2nd week and he personally gave me advice and direction concerning macros, which program to do and how much cardio at what heart rate. It has been a game changer and I am so grateful for his help and Fitplan in general. Would suggest it to anyone looking for a single workout, a plan, a trainer or something to just follow in the gym that keeps track of everything!

Melissa Alcantara- Built Aesthetics is a killer workout!

As someone that regularly hits the gym and knows which exercises to do, I never thought I needed an app to guide my workouts. A trainer I follow had her plan on Fitplan so I went for it to try it out and boy were my initial thoughts completely wrong! My workouts improved drastically and having an app to track how much I lifted during each workout was so helpful! I was able to increase my strength and honestly, stay more motivated through the this app I was using. Fitplan would give me little encouragement messages and it really helped me to stay on track to hit my weightlifting/cardio targets. 10/10 recommend! At least give it a try for a couple months... once you try it though, you’ll be hooked.

So far so good.

Dope app. Makes it easy to take advantage of different workouts and different workout theories. It is very useful and I will continue to use it. It also allows u to keep track of weight and reps, which is perfect.
2 things that are very anoyying is that Fitplan is consistently freezing and/or rebooting DURING the workout .. not cool ! The other is, in the explosive plan with nabie, I can’t input my times specific through the 100th of a second. Every # counts when it comes to speed so a 4.6 is different from a 4.68. It has a timer built in which is cool but I use my own timer and want to be able to input the specific time in the database.
But all in all.. great app. Very useful; especially for your athletes and fitness folks.

Good plans, terrible app

I want to preface this by saying that the athletes on this app are wonderful (shoutout to Linn Lowes!) and I love the workout plans themselves. However, Fitplan is terrible. Constant glitches, unintuitive changes to the UI, and they constantly release new updates to Fitplan with features that clearly have not been tested enough. The rest timers don’t make sounds when time’s up, it is impossible to currently change the rest timer duration, the informational videos automatically play with NO OPTION to turn them off, thereby using your data and turning off your music whether you like it or not...the list goes on.

With every update, there is a slew of new problems; the developers of Fitplan are seemingly unable to release an update without breaking multiple other aspects of Fitplan . Please, this app, TEST YOUR CHANGES before deploying them! This is absurd and Fitplan is nearly unusable at this point!

Solid fitness app!

I was never a believer in using apps to workout but after giving this app a shot I have zero regrets. I started my subscription after my girlfriend followed one of Melissa Alcantaras workout and I never looked back. I like to think of myself as someone that knows their way around the gym and able to have a solid workout without an application, but the fact that I can follow different trainers schedule and add variations to my workouts, make a note of what I was able to lift, and time my exercises makes my workout experience 1,000 percent better. Please this app, try your best to keep trainers on the platform! Y’all got the right formula 🙏🏾

Keeps me motivated!

I love this app! I struggle with being motivated for a month and then not continuing cause I become unmotivated but Fitplan has helped me gain motivation and keep it! I can see what my workouts will be! They have videos to demonstrate the workout! I was terrified to start lifting, didn’t know much but Linn Lowe’s plans have helped me gain the confidence and be able to walk up confidently to a smith machine and know how to properly use it! I’ve seen great results and cannot wait to continue onto other plans! I’m always sweating a ton after the workouts! You can use multiple fit plans and one time if you wanted! I really do recommend Fitplan! It’s one that hasn’t let me down!

Buggy and doesn’t save workouts

I started a plan and after one day of working out it no longer shows up under my plans and I have to go search for it and start it up again..just for it to say it’s my current plan..but won’t show up under the tab so it’s really irritating. I also did a whole 30 minute workout and Fitplan completely crashed and saved none of my calories or time. When I checked it said I didn’t even start that days workout so I mean come on why would anyone waste money or time on this. So I fast forwarded through the workout so it could show up on the calendar and it said I only worked out for 1 minute and burned 1 calorie. Wish I didn’t pay for the year up front...buy an app that actually works and can actually help with your fitness.

Best fitness App by far!!!🖤

I am a very honest person and won’t ever talk up any app, product etc if I don’t love it! Y’all this is freaking amazing! I am an active person, go to the gym daily and Fitplan is just what I needed to take my fitness goals to the next level! Being in the gym is extremely intimidating especially when you see all the pros and you just don’t know what machine to use and what to work out.
I have been doing all of Linn Lowe’s challenges she is by FAR one of my favorite trainers and just so inspiring. I started using Fitplan in January of this year and to date I’ve lost 30 pounds!!!
Each exercise has a video you can watch so you’ll never feel like I have no clue what to do and how to do them. They also lay out how many sets, reps, you can track your weight with each different exercise so you’ll see progress you start to make and strength you gain! It also tells you what days you do a workout and the days you take an active rest day! It has it all planned and laid out for you every week! I seriously just can’t say enough good things about Fitplan and all the amazing trainers! If you’re on the fence hop off and join us! Promise you won’t regret it!!!
