I sent this to customer support - I have been on vacation since April 20. Upon my return and reviewing my CC statement, I have found the following charges. I have been charged $9.99 (April 29), $109.88 (May 4 and June 3). I did not sign up for your service. I expect these charges to be credited to my credit card. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I am writing you today because your company took funds out or my bank account without my permission. There were 4 transactions in the amount of $9.99,$7.91,onfeb16th then on Feb 21st they took out $109.88,and$52.94.The total adds up to $180.72.i except to be refunded this amount or further action will take place.I will contact my lawyer to start a law suit for fraud, contact the bbb and slam your name on all media like Facebook, Twitter etc. This action can be resolved by refunding my money.

I have been trying to reach Fitplan to cancel my membership and get refunded for payments they made on my credit card without my permission. The phone number they have goes over seas location which is 844-313-4121. I called that number to get refunded and they told me they couldn't do it. I would have to call their headquaters in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I been trying to find that phone services so, I talk to them. I have no luck at all locating that customer service phone number on the internet. If you have any info that could help me to get in touch with Fitplan, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Has potential, but flawed

Even though the exercises themselves show great results and benefits, I felt this program lacked in certain key points. 1. Starting out in a circuit routine to get used to the exercises is a interesting approach, but isn't realistic in a busy gym setting using multiple equipment that has to be shared. 2. Even though given 2-3 days of rest, there were 2-3 exercises that were repeated 2-3 times throughout the week (focus on lower body). Not much rest between those for the muscles to recover. 3. Focus seemed to be only on lower body (3 out of the 5 days). Only 2 days was touched on specifically the upper body, the rest repeated lower body muscle groups 3x. Is this more a leg transformation or a whole body? 4. Needs room for modifications if incapable of sprinting or avoiding certain exercises due to injury. Overall, the exercises were very difficult and challenging, but little time for recovery to be able to keep this routine consistently.

Good plans, terrible app

I want to preface this by saying that the athletes on Fitplan are wonderful (shoutout to Linn Lowes!) and I love the workout plans themselves. However, the app is terrible. Constant glitches, unintuitive changes to the UI, and they constantly release new updates to the app with features that clearly have not been tested enough. The rest timers don’t make sounds when time’s up, it is impossible to currently change the rest timer duration, the informational videos automatically play with NO OPTION to turn them off, thereby using your data and turning off your music whether you like it or not...the list goes on. With every update, there is a slew of new problems; the developers of this app are seemingly unable to release an update without breaking multiple other aspects of the app. Please, Fitplan, TEST YOUR CHANGES before deploying them! This is absurd and the app is nearly unusable at this point!

Buggy and doesn’t save workouts

I started a plan and after one day of working out it no longer shows up under my plans and I have to go search for it and start it up again..just for it to say it’s my current plan..but won’t show up under the tab so it’s really irritating. I also did a whole 30 minute workout and the app completely crashed and saved none of my calories or time. When I checked it said I didn’t even start that days workout so I mean come on why would anyone waste money or time on this. So I fast forwarded through the workout so it could show up on the calendar and it said I only worked out for 1 minute and burned 1 calorie. Wish I didn’t pay for the year up front...buy an app that actually works and can actually help with your fitness.
