Très très bonne applis, je dirais même une des meilleurs. Très complète, pour tous les niveaux, débutants comme confirmés. La musculation mais pas que.. !
Je la recommande ! Je l’utilise depuis pas mal de temps et en plus d’être très efficace, elle est très intuitive et le prix est vraiment très bas vu le nombre d’athlètes qui mettent leurs programmes..

I just started using this app, which I think is great in terms of variety, both in terms of workouts and trainers. That being said, there are several reoccurring bugs during my workouts, i.e. it frequently freezes and takes time to get back to normal. In addition, it would be great to (1) be able to visualize the details of a workout without having to start it, (2) press pause, and (3) get an introduction in terms of how a workout is presented (it took me some time to realize that there were several sets and how to validate them - sometimes it doesn’t even work properly). By comparison, I think the sweat app of Kayla Itsines is a lot more intuitive and functions better. I’ll stick to cette application for now because I like the offer better, but these small issues and bugs make the workout experience frustrating.

I’ve through fitness app, and that one is amazingg !!!! I started it just now and I already feel it ! Sweating like crazy ! Feeling hyps good !
Though I also do separate workout from Jeff Cavaliere (Athlean X) but with resistance bands.
That app should be on top !!!

It seems the application was not tested by someone that works out. The app does not have a historical of your weights for a given exercise so you have to either remember or start with a weight hoping it’s good. We cannot add comments to a specific exercise. It’s a very slow app. I like the routines though. They seem good but we need more.

Ok cette application is or WAS my favorite app ever ! The last update sucks !! Where did the 3 seconds in the beginning of a timed exercice go ? Those were essential to get into position ! Once I completed my first circuit, the app takes me back to warmup ! Weird... And after doing the circuit 2 times the app says “Workout complete” but I was not done yet !
Please bring back the old version !
