    Waited 7 hours and still haven’t gotten through

    I started waiting on a doctor at 3 pm and was kicked out 4 times and had to wait in line behind everyone again each time. It is now almost 10 pm and I have given up. The last time it kicked me i had only 4 people ahead of me and it said the doctor was no longer available but when I went back in he was there and available. Then there was 11 people ahead of me. This is ridiculous. There has to be a better way. There’s no way to make an appointment even though there is an appointment tab. They make you leave your phone number then don’t call you. There were several instances where I had a certain number of people in front of me the somehow the number increased by one. What the ever loving beheezus did I waste my whole day on this for?????

    Surprisingly Awesome

    Since this is fairly new, at least to me it is, I assumed there would be glitches, take a long time, and more of a headache than just going to the Dr. My son just had his first online visit and it went surprisingly awesome! The Dr. was great, there were no glitches, and it took no time at all. It took 35-40 mins from start to finish. This includes the time it took me to download the app, enter all of my information and my two son’s information, start the online check-in, talk to the Dr. and receive the school excuse and prescription. I don’t foresee myself sitting in a waiting any time soon.

    Healthcare 2019!

    It was super easy, once I turned my phone off and back on. The video portal would not load at first. So my hubby suggested I turn off my phone and turn it back on, and that worked, the video portal loaded..... and the doctor I picked, arrived like a Jeannie, popping out of the bottle to grant my three wishes. Dam I love that App! I’m so thankful I could avoid the waiting room at urgent care and I’m also so very thankful that I don’t have to panic about getting a doctor’s appt Monday morning. It is nice to start the healing process before the work week.

    A no-brainer when the crud starts going around

    When you wake up with a sore throat, a fever, and an infectious cough, the last thing you want to do is haul yourself over to urgent care or your doctor’s office where they test you for every illness they can and hold you hostage with paperwork and long waits. This is a fantastic alternative! It’s quick, easy, inexpensive, and bears the same result without the misery of being in public (well, until you go pick up your prescription, but that’s what the drive-through is for!).

    No Long Wait

    I work from home and leave for a trip today and had no time to go to the doctor for a stye that had bothered me for a few days. The wait was maybe 5 minutes and my “visit” was less than 10 minutes. Quick, easy, and affordable! I was able to do this is my home, go right back to work afterwards, and will be able to pick up a prescription on my way out of town.

    Easy and Efficient

    This app made it very easy to be seen by a physician to address a nagging cold I could t get rid of! The app is easy to navigate, not over complicated and only took a few minutes to connect to a doctor. The doctor was very friendly and got straight to the point of asking questions to diagnosing. I will use this service again when I need to and I highly recommend the app.

    Be careful of BlueCare

    Back 2018 it was great! Could see a doctor in no time. Now in 2020, it is the worst service I have seen. Don’t waste your money. First you wait longer and second they are afraid to prescribe real medicine. If you have a simple sinus infection (not a virus) they will not prescribe antibiotics at all. You have to go to two visits or double pay or after you become even sicker before they help you with needed meds. I left the video and the doctor who’s hands were tied to help me and went to urgent care down the street like I use to do before this service. Very disappointed how something was so good has become so bad.

    Wow! Excellent experience

    I was skeptical about this, but it was a really easy “visit”. At 9:45pm I decided I should see a doctor tomorrow. Then I remembered this app. I set up an account, entered my complaint/symptoms, and a doctor was on the video chat in no time. It’s now 9:57 and I’m done with the visit and have a prescription being sent to my pharmacy. I will definitely be using this again for any minor medical needs!!

    Cyber Visits-What a clever concept

    This morning I spent 90 minutes at Urgent Care before I gave up. Looking online for facility that accepts Blue cross, I stumbled upon this. Dr was outstanding, asked all questions expected and was able to visually access the cite of my wound and prescribed antibiotics. Would definitely use again!

    This service is awesome. My daughter had sinus problems and lead to an earache. An earache isn’t like a soar thought that could be viral or not. I figured since we new exactly what the problem was that if we went to the walk in clinic the doctors would automatically give antibiotics. The online doctor was super nice.

    Best thing ever

    Imagine coming home from work at 5pm to a preteen crying about how bad her throat hurts and 2 screaming toddlers. This apps has saved my sanity. I didn’t have to pack up the 2 toddlers into the car or have my sick daughter out in the inclement weather to rush to an urgent care. An appointment all done in the comfort of our home.

    I was skeptical at first, but pleasantly surprised at how easy and convenient the process was. The wait was tolerable, the doctor was helpful, and the diagnosis was as I expected. Going to the pharmacy now to get my prescription that she prescribed me. I’ll definitely be using this again for sure!

    Amazing experience

    I was not feeling well or up to the ride to ER. I decided to use this service of BCBS. Quick response, a physician that listened and it did not cost an arm and a leg. For minor issues, this is a wonderful alternative.

    How easy was that?

    This was my first time using blue care. My doctor was so nice and professional. I had to wait maybe 20 minutes to see him. It was worth the wait!

    Great way to get medications perscribed without the hassle of going into the office. Signed up and was seen by the Doctor via Face Time within minutes.
