I started waiting on a doctor at 3 pm and was kicked out 4 times and had to wait in line behind everyone again each time. It is now almost 10 pm and I have given up. The last time it kicked me i had only 4 people ahead of me and it said the doctor was no longer available but when I went back in he was there and available. Then there was 11 people ahead of me. This is ridiculous. There has to be a better way. There’s no way to make an appointment even though there is an appointment tab. They make you leave your phone number then don’t call you. There were several instances where I had a certain number of people in front of me the somehow the number increased by one. What the ever loving beheezus did I waste my whole day on this for?????

Back 2018 it was great! Could see a doctor in no time. Now in 2020, it is the worst service I have seen. Don’t waste your money. First you wait longer and second they are afraid to prescribe real medicine. If you have a simple sinus infection (not a virus) they will not prescribe antibiotics at all. You have to go to two visits or double pay or after you become even sicker before they help you with needed meds. I left the video and the doctor who’s hands were tied to help me and went to urgent care down the street like I use to do before this service. Very disappointed how something was so good has become so bad.

Talked to the blue care doctors to try and get a new asthma inhaler, the doctors prescribed me new asthma medication, and said it was sent to the pharmacy.. every time I call the pharmacy no one has sent it in...
I did two separate doctors visits,
Got the same prescription both times, and was not able to get either of the blue care providers to send the prescription they prescribed, (and that I have receipts for) to the pharmacy. Huge waste of my time.. this app is a joke. Looking to get the medication I need, during hard times, and all they do is run me in circles.
