ZoomCare On-Demand Healthcare Reviews

We are new to WA state since the summer. We have had a few illnesses pop up since our move and Zoom in Redmond has been there every time! Scheduling an appointment is very easy and you check in and are seen almost immediately. No sitting in waiting rooms for hours with tons of other sick people. Just fast and efficient. Would highly recommend their services.

I just moved from a different state which Zoom+ Care doesn’t exist. I found these guys when I was sick with bronchitis, and my first visit was painless and easy. They serve hot tea, the atmosphere is soft and there’s no harsh lighting. It’s very comforting for someone who is TERRIFIED of hospitals (me). I highly recommend this care, it’s truly the best I’ve ever had.

I generally am able to navigate ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare and get the things I need with little to no issue. ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare won’t let me leave the “See you soon!” page, even after trying to go back to my timeline or make changes to my appointment. I thought it was a one time reinstall, or closing out of ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare completely but for the last month I have to uninstall ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare completely after every appointment I make in order to use the other functions.

I found it difficult to schedule an appointment any other day and time than today in Portland, despite being I Seattle. I’ve tried constantly updating ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare but it still doesn’t give me access to the proper location. Why won’t it just save locale in my profile? Or maybe it doesn’t work well outside of Oregon? Either way, I always end up going to the website. I never get my messages either. If it weren’t for Amy Schade I would have dropped Zoom on account of how difficult it is to do basic things without workarounds.

It’s super annoying that you can’t schedule further in advance. I wanted to make a next day appt and I had to wait till 6pm. That is stupid. It seems like you are getting in your own way of filling a providers schedule! It would be helpful if when you try to change it from “today” to tomorrow it would give you a message saying it’s too early. It just appears that ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare is frozen or broken. Dumb and frustrating. I had to google it to find the reason ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare seems to be malfunctioning.

I wish more medical places had this; trying to book online is usually a big hassle but Zoom has made a very modern-feeling efficient app.

Note I haven’t actually seen the doctor yet, so I’m endorsing the software in ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare not Zoom themselves.

As an iPhone user I prefer to use Apple Maps and Apple default calendar yet ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare only links you to Google maps and Google calendar how did Apple approved this in ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare Store it should use the customers default for their phone not the apps preferred default or there should at least be a setting to make this change.

I’ve been trying to figure it out both on ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare and on the physically website to schedule an appointment a few days out, but it only allows me to make an appointment for the current date. Why? I’ve seen lots of other reviews point out the same problem. This is a huge inconvenience for common people. The technology is there to make it happen, so why is it not available?

I added a new credit card, but was unable to select it as the desired card for my appointment. Very frustrated. Impossible to select the date I wanted from the absent drop-down calendar. It wouldn’t search within my zip code.......AND I know better than to call Zoomcare because I was verbally reprimanded the last time because “everything should be done on-line!!” Luckily, we’ve always received adequate care, but the customer/technology interface is HORRIBLE!!

My subject pretty much sums up my review. We’ve been very happy with our care, and it’s wonderful to be able to get in same day. ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare glitches on me on occasion - in fact I’ve never been able to get the Live Chat to work - but other than that, I love Zoom Care.

Just as easy to use as the website. Easy to navigate and allows me to access a lot of the info I needed to make sure I would be taken care of.

I have the latest updates but medication lists don’t load, visit summary and notes don’t load. Sometimes I even have to use the website to book an appointment. Unfortunately it’s core functionality that doesn’t reliably work.

Zoomcare is way more expensive than other video visit providers, and ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare doesn’t work at all. I had to restart the visit 3 times, and finally go to the visit in browser because ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare is so bad. It just opens a worse version of the website in ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare . I should have known better after a bad experience last winter. Stay away!

ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare is terrible! ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare puts me in an endless loop of asking me to accept terms and conditions for my “dependents” but it lists no dependents and I’m stuck in an endless loop. If I go through enough times I can finally get past it but then every time I go back into ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare I’m stuck in the endless loop again. There’s no link to get support or file a bug anywhere.

Got a pop up message asking me if I want to use FaceID to log in.....I said yes but it still makes me type in my password every time. Most apps have the FaceID icon on the log-in screen so you can use it, but this doesn’t making it difficult to log in

Great feature except when diagnosing. There is no option to send a picture. Often times seeing is crucial to diagnosing. Being able to paste a picture in the text bar could accomplish this.

ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare doesn’t seem to work at all. I was able to login and connect to my account and view my timeline once. It has an updated timeline still showing me my original visit and no other information and no other way to negotiate out of that one single page. It is defective. And worthless.

App works decently.
There is a glitch that doesn’t let me schedule appointments outside of the current day.
Would also be a nice and very handy touch to include bills and summary of bills available on ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare . I hate how ZOOM care mysteriously bills me without notice of the actual amount.

Zoom care is really handy.. when you used to be able to make an appointment over the phone. Now they keep telling me I must use ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare to schedule an appointment. Ok fine. How do I do that when ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare doesn't work, heck, it won't even download. Very dissatisfied with this online only change. At least make sure your app functions properly if it's the only way you'll accept patients.

App works well and makes getting an appointment insanely easy. Yes, you have to set up yet another password and account to remember, but once set up you can open ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare and schedule an appointment in literally 30 seconds or less. Just be on time for your appointment! 5 min late policy is strictly enforced (but that’s how they stay on time so you don’t sit in a waiting room for 30mins).

It’s easy to use ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare , and the information you need is available when you are ready for it.

I am so glad to have ZoomCareOnDemandHealthcare. I can schedule a visit, get advice or review results all from my phone. Super efficient and I really like the providers at Zoom+ Care.
