I just downloaded the Pepper app but I am unable to sign in. The first page when signing in will not let me go to next and when I press finish on the last page it will just take me back to the first. My internet connection isn’t the best so I think it might be something to do with that but please let me know if there is something I can do about it.

How to fix Pepper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pepper app on iPhone
Update Pepper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pepper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pepper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pepper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pepper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pepper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pepper App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pepper » click [Force Stop]

Update Pepper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pepper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pepper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pepper.

Fix Pepper unable to contact server/ Pepper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pepper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pepper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pepper
