I just downloaded the Pepper app but I am unable to sign in. The first page when signing in will not let me go to next and when I press finish on the last page it will just take me back to the first. My internet connection isn’t the best so I think it might be something to do with that but please let me know if there is something I can do about it.

To resolve Pepper network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pepper app issues:

Force Stop the Pepper App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pepper app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pepper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pepper App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pepper app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pepper.

Fix Pepper unable to contact server/ Pepper internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pepper » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pepper » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pepper on android.
