How to fix Withlocals app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Withlocals app on iPhone
Update Withlocals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Withlocals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Withlocals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Withlocals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Withlocals Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Withlocals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Withlocals App
1. On android, goto Settings » Withlocals » click [Force Stop]

Update Withlocals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Withlocals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Withlocals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Withlocals.

Fix Withlocals unable to contact server/ Withlocals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Withlocals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Withlocals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
