- No longer retains exif after being edited by foodie

- Quality of the image is reduced

- App stops functioning

- Location and time of the photo is incorrect

Photo quality dropping drastically after editing pictures using the foodie app, it reduces the picture quality so much, I'm using foodie app for 6 months now but this has never happened before. What should I do and how to fix it? Please help.

How to fix Foodie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Foodie app on iPhone
Update Foodie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Foodie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Foodie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Foodie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Foodie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Foodie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Foodie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Foodie » click [Force Stop]

Update Foodie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Foodie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Foodie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Foodie.

Fix Foodie unable to contact server/ Foodie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Foodie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Foodie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
