App is really slow and crashes a lot. Takes ages to load funds page. Please invest more in getting good developers for your mobile platform. My wife used sharekhan and for sure it has a much better user experience

Too slow processing and sending confirmations and Keep crashing. There are so many times I missed my orders due to slow process which resulting in several losses. Also the prices are not being updated real time. Just can’t work with it. If this doesn’t improve I may switch my brokerage account to other better options for trading.

AngelOne asks me to install another app called Angel Bee for accessing my mutual funds portfolio which I had created using AngelOne. Moreover, that other app is not available in the US on App Store so now I cannot access my mutual funds until I get back to India!

Why can’t I have a single place to access all my investments made with Angel Broking? It’s a bit ironic that after renaming your app as Angel “One”, you ask users to get another app based on type of investment!

If any app upgraded to new UI means it should be user-friendly and provide more features to User. But in angel one quite different. New UI leads user to more confuse and restricted every where. Ex: earlier when I am clicked on closed order able to see the current market value and other details like chart etc. But now nothing is happening. Like this facing so many restrictions. Never expect from Angele one. Totally disappointed. Now it's time to QUITE.

Hello folks, if you are reading this, please do not download AngelOne and platform! Their temporary technical login issue is their permanent issue ! I lost over 4 Millions, and lost due to delaying in trade execution. Please be aware and kindly do not trade! Specially Intraday! Good luck existing users ! And new users please use other platforms zerodha, Upstox or any other !

My password got hacked recently and while calling the customer care, the concern person said I will call u back . Within 30 min he did call me back with an offer of another Broking company and said your account will be open within 15 min. Except of rectifying my problem the person is more concern to open another account in another broking agency . Worst company and worst customer care service .

Been using AngelOne for few months, this is the worst trading app i have seen. Totally not user friendly. AngelOne design is so complicated for new traders. I have been trying buy same stock for weeks, my order always remain in pending and never gets executed. Front design does not provide much needed information about stocks. Stock chart takes ages to load and very complicated to understand. Overall not good for new traders.

AngelOne has lot of issues and need huge improvements, just to name few
1. After recent update if click on “portfolio” button AngelOne is crashing
2. After buying/selling the portfolio get reflected on second day (looks like living in 90s)
3. If you want to know how much you transfer and withdraw; you will rollercoaster ride going though 10s of reports and still you will end up calculating manually
4. App crashed for no reason
5. From app you can update only one watchlist
6. Super difficult to buy stocks if it’s not in your watchlist

The mobile application will always have glitches during huge movements in the market, not allowing to square off your positions.
THEY HAVE A FALSE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ INVESTIGATION TEAM.
Been a month I reported my issue with the customer service, they do not care.

Not a good platform to trade. If you are new beware. They will give you a joining gift of Rs:750, but while trading they will take away a huge chunk of your wealth.

Angel broking app is getting worse after each updates. In the recent times facing a lot of issues with AngelOne . Sometimes its getting logged out and am not able to login again. Sometimes getting timeout issue, and sometimes page is getting stuck.
Hate using AngelOne .

They have sold my option due to technical glitch and I am following them from last 2 weeks still not shorted! And on top of it they have send mail as discussed over the phone your issue is resolved! I have never got any call from them, they are just cheating with customers.

This is a good handy app that provides set of features for investment and trading. However, there are areas to improve user experimce, such as

1) Buy/Sell button at the bottom or to the left. I would prefer at the bottom while placing order. Current placement is just below price selection - Market/Limit that has caused me significant loss due to accidently unknowing market selection wheteas my irder was a limit.

This happened a few times so I am rather using other app such Zerodha which has much better interface.

2) Confirm order should show on full screen so that user can view all details entered before submitting order.

3) Provide ipad compatible app so that user can take benefit of more screen area with comfort of mibility.

IOS version is simply AWESOME

Each time I open the angel one app, it prompts me with a pop up saying “Direct Mutual Funds are now available on Angel One click here to buy”. On opening the mutual funds page, I don’t see any Direct Mutual funds in the options to buy. They are all “Regular Plans”.

FALSE Advertising !! Waiting for the fix to come in.

When i tap on options price, app get closed immediately… please fix it

New UI is intuitive and nice done. You have come a long way and the improvements are visible.

Please fix the faceID for Apple users and allow it on homepage screen as an option. (Instead of hiding it in settings)

Keep portfolio pages clean and clutter free with summary of metrics (invested, gained l, loss etc) being captured crisply. Good job
