Superlive plus worked on both my Samsung S5 and S9 phones but since upgrade the app has stopped working on the older S5 phone. Any solutions or app roll back?
No playback since your upgrade. Very very disappointed, so many issues now! Looking for alternative app.🤬🤬🤬

The live feed on monitor is ok but the no live video from app on all devices, iPhones and iPad, any ideas?

Since the update qhen i try to record playback the app crashea! Not at all helpful if you have been asked by the police to keep a sectiom of CCTV imaging in case of further action! Used to be easy to record what we needed ie short sections , but finding this very frustrating now!
Had Superlive Plus CCTV camera installed on 10.7.22. Worked properly initially, after 2 days could not get playback on mobile phone. For the last 5 days cannot get anything, just a black screen on live.
After the update system doesn't load. Please advise of time frame for bug fixes.
The camera system is working fine with the direct connection to a monitor but the app itself is not showing any live feed nor playback.

Playback record does not work since update. Backwards step for the app in my opinion. The record feature was so easy to use no idea why they’ve changed it to where you have to select the area you want to download. Wouldn’t be so bad if it worked but stuck on 0% and as soon as you click off the download screen it fails. CRAP.
