La mise à jour du micrologiciel est bloquée à 40 % d'achèvement... pendant plus de 2h.. toujours a 40% depuis le début Il indique qu'un échec de mise à niveau peut entraîner l'indisponibilité du périphérique. Est-ce normal? puis-je quand même mettre fin a la mise a jour sans endommagé mon telehone?

I’m having problems turning off some apps in messaging. There are more than eight apps open and I can’t turn off the ones I am not using.
