My husband gave this bracelet to me for Christmas primarily to allow the alarm to wake me without waking him.
I do not use it as a proper training device and the instructions and help are more like clues or hints to figure out how to work things. Tapping v swiping the watch is not totally intuitive and I am unable to remove sports I do not do from the main screen of ZeronerZeronerhealthPro as well as use only the sports I do do on the watch, but seeing the number of steps I do in a day is interesting to see, although I am not convinced of the accuracy Also looking at sleep patterns is interesting
The alarm works and the battery lasts quite long so I guess it’s an entertaining way to accomplish what we need it for.
Finding phone is not possible if phone volume is off or turned down or out of hearing.

For all reporting 12hr/24hr issues after the last up date, I had to delete ZeronerZeronerhealthPro and download again. It now allows me to change back to 12h instead of military time. What I don't like since the last update, they changed the double tap to view time. You now have to press and hold. This takes too long to show the time. Please enhance to give the user the ability to change the settings double tap to view clock or press and hold.

I’ve been wearing my activity tracker from MyPro for a few days now and am very disappointed. It’s got a lot of options on it and is supposed to be for swimming laps.( what I bought it for). So far, everything I’ve tracked has been extremely inaccurate. Like half of the distance is only tracked. It doesn’t even keep track of your steps very well. It stops counting steps for several seconds sometimes as I watch it while walking. I gave it 2 stars only because it’s priced very reasonable and it does actually do a decent job of telling time. LOL
But for tracking your activities don’t bother. Spend a bit more and buy a FitBit or Apple Watch. At least they work.....

I was very surprised with how easy this watch was to use as well as how well it worked. I have only had it for a week but it’s wonderful. I was also able to put my daughters picture as the screen. Needless to say this is a buy and you will not be let down. Remember it does not make calls or texts like an Apple Watch, but you can get any notification you want and you can read your texts. Anyway I am completely happy with this product.

I am fairly tech savvy but I cannot get this watch to work properly. First, the only instruction that comes with the watch is "download ZeronerZeronerhealthPro ". Did that. Tried to set the watch face. Found the face I wanted. Now how do I select it? No way of knowing. Went to the help section on ZeronerZeronerhealthPro . All I got was "when you pair the watch with your phone you can customize the watch face". How??? Also it took a long time to get the watch off of the 24-hour clock. But after I got it set and it read properly for a day or two it went back to 24-hour time at random. I've sent messages to the developers via the help section. No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

The watch and ZeronerZeronerhealthPro is good but with an update it can push it over the top. I wish there are more dial choices and a dial that kept a graph of real time heart rate. It would be 5 in my opinion if the watch had a touch to wake not by pushing the button or raising your arm. I cannot get it to sync to my Strava for running or Cycling. It’s still a great watch and ZeronerZeronerhealthPro is pretty good but with those minor tweaks it will be a 5 hands down.

A good buy for what you pay. Apparently people want an Apple Watch for the price of this item.

My only two suggestions are a white background with black characters for outdoors and a little more responsive to coming on when you turn your wrist. That can be fixed in an update. Oh, and by way, speaking of updates. If those of you who complain would do the updates the watch would work better

I have tried out many lower-end smart watches, and they all used different apps. This one stands head-and-shoulders above the rest! It works seamlessly, intelligently connecting to the watch to get data when you’re on the home screen, with meaningful graphs, and good setting support. ZeronerZeronerhealthPro even has polished graphics, making you feel like you’re working with a far more expensive smart watch. I rate this highly.

I’ve had this band for over a year now. I didn’t mind that it would come unpaired and I would have to pair it again ... no big deal. The update recently caused some issues with the format and I was able to get that back to 12 hr time, etc. however.. it doesn’t track anything except steps and and calories now. It used to track my sleep. That’s not happening anymore. Idk how to get it to track sleep again. That was an impt feature for me because I have sleep apnea. Will I need a new product or will this be fixed soon? We shall see ...

I bought my son the watch for his birthday because he wanted something like mommy & daddy to count his steps! Well somehow it got out of sync & the time is way off! I tried over & over to get into ZeronerZeronerhealthPro so I can fix this & I can’t even get in because of password issues! It won’t send any emails to rest nor sent via phone! It just won’t do anything but tell me there an unknown error which it has also done when I 1st tried sync the watch! I should have known this would have been an issue only a month & a few days later smh! Save your money and buy a Real watch that uses a REAL APP!

So, my watch is an older model, which does cause it to go a little bit slower. ZeronerZeronerhealthPro in particular needs some changes. It says it has updated the background, but it hasn’t. Also, I went on a long walk today, and my watch says I did, but ZeronerZeronerhealthPro does not.
Other than those little things, I think it is very good.

App is great and very helpful there are only a few things that bug me 1) most of the time it takes a while for the data to load and 2) for setting up timers and things it only lets you have 3 at a time. But I do recommend ZeronerZeronerhealthPro, see I am only pointing out the things that I don’t like but there is so much that I love!!! GET ZeronerZeronerhealthPro !!!

I bought the wrist band and there were no instructions on how to set it up or how to use. I found a video tutorial online and it told me about ZeronerZeronerhealthPro. I downloaded it, and I was so relieved... the band immediately changed to the correct date and time. I got my notifications on the band immediately after receiving them on my phone. I am so happy with app and my wrist band. 👍👍

It is a good water proof watch. however if you are a swimmer it does not track swimming correctly and only tracks freestyle. It takes a second to work in the water. It only tracks steps when you put it on the fast walk exercise

I just tried uploading my data to my iPhone app and it said it wasn’t connected to my watch all of a sudden. Now that I finally got it connected again, I can’t change any of my watch settings so now I’m in military time and I can’t set my gesture control or indicator light or anything. I tried disconnecting and shutting off my watch but it doesn’t work. I tried turning my phone off and restarting ZeronerZeronerhealthPro and nothing. This literally just happened tonight. I was able to do everything fine today.

When I first got my watch I loved it I swim a lot it was awesome hiking was also great everything worked, I was in love. Then my phone updated to iOS 13 and everything stopped working, the watch seems to be working just fine but ZeronerZeronerhealthPro doesn’t want to. So I’ve given it a one star rating no way it deserves more so very frustrating.

I bought the watch because it seemed to be easy to use and I really wanted the swim option!
Watch is difficult to stop the timer on each activity I use such as the swim, walk and bike.
I only turned on the text application and I keep getting one message and is not a text and keeps sending even after I deleted it many times
ZeronerZeronerhealthPro is slow to import from my watch.
Despite all the above I’m keeping the watch!

The weather feature on the band is always 2 degrees lower than what ZeronerZeronerhealthPro displays. If you want the weather updated you have to manually sync even though ZeronerZeronerhealthPro is set to background refresh. The temp on ZeronerZeronerhealthPro is always at least 10 degrees off. I get notifications from different apps but not the message app. It shows to enter your weight but there isn’t any way that I can find to do it. There should be a way to set stride length to get a more accurate step count. And I did update the firmware on the band.

I can not stop my earthquake app from showing up on the watch. Constantly going off. I tried to remove my email from my watch.

I can’t even find a video on utube to help me. Apparently they don’t know how to use it either. I like the watch for my heart rate and how many steps I have taken. But why does it start looking around my apps and start sending me the information..

I have been using ZeronerZeronerhealthPro for over a year and everything was fine until they did a fancy upgrade with jazzy appearance but no ability to use ZeronerZeronerhealthPro . I have the password that I had input originally, but it will not except that. It will not let you recover your password either using your email or your phone. There’s no reason for me to have to login, I know I can’t use the darn thing because no matter what I do it will not let me enter the password I have or change my password. Worst upgrade ever.

Charged the band last night to see if it worked. Band charged up fine but ZeronerZeronerhealthPro still wouldn’t connect to the server. I deleted it and downloaded it again. Now it works. This is a nice little band that now seems to work great. And the battery lasts a few days. Thanks
