Hi, I have a Jaybird app v4.0.9 installed on my iPhone and I have a tough time connecting it to my buds, Jaybird Vista 2. Many times I pressed “Connect buds” and I waited forever to connect, but more often than not it won’t connect. Please fix this issue.

How to fix Jaybird app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jaybird app on iPhone
Update Jaybird app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jaybird iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jaybird on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jaybird network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jaybird Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jaybird not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jaybird App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jaybird » click [Force Stop]

Update Jaybird to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jaybird App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jaybird » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jaybird.

Fix Jaybird unable to contact server/ Jaybird internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jaybird » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jaybird » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jaybird
