Hi, I have a Jaybird app v4.0.9 installed on my iPhone and I have a tough time connecting it to my buds, Jaybird Vista 2. Many times I pressed “Connect buds” and I waited forever to connect, but more often than not it won’t connect. Please fix this issue.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Jaybird app issues:

Force Stop the Jaybird App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Jaybird app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Jaybird to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jaybird App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Jaybird app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Jaybird.

Fix Jaybird unable to contact server/ Jaybird internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Jaybird » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Jaybird » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jaybird on android.
