Best I have ever used.

Great fit. Lots of ways to wear. Many different sizes and types of earbuds to find a good fit. Perfect for the gym, cycling, airplane. So comfortable you may forget you have them on. Jaybird is so cool and being able to shape the EQ settings and save is awesome. You can create a profile with Jaybird where you can name and save your settings and use setting that other people have created. Jaybird tells you if and how many times your profile has been saved - necessary NO - but a sweet extra detail. The sound is better than many other much more expensive buds - excellent bass, excellent highs and mids. What they have done with imaging is mind boggling it is so good. Battery life is around 3 hours with an additional 3 hours with the extra attachable battery. I will not use another earbud as long as these are on the market. The only downside is people may try to talk to you because they are so discreet at which point you kindly yell “I can’t hear you!” and give them finger as you point to your earbuds. 🤘🏽😎

STAY AWAY

Don’t buy from this start up. Buds don’t fit right, they do not stay charged properly and the sync/ connection are unreliable. App performs very poorly don’t trust them, they have terrible reviews for a reason. In the beginning I loved these until all the bugs started and customer service is non existent.
I’m not interested in providing any additional screenshots. I did so in a chat and the representative was condescending and unprofessional. Astounding that I buy a brand new item that fails after a few months, then the second one has the same exact issue and I made to feel like I did something wrong. The only fix according to customer service and the chat at J bird is I need to find a computer to do a firmware update. In 2020 some people don’t have a computer I only have an iPad how the hell am I supposed to do a firmware update? I don’t have friends that have computers either they have tablets. Then to have the agent actually give me an attitude saying well once you find a computer somewhere will walk you through the update as a response really? Customer service needs to know when a customer is frustrated and should help, Restart would not to be sarcastic And treat the customer as though there an inconvenience.

Bought for IPX rating. Kept b/c it’s the best!

I wanted headphones I could run in the rain with. So I tried the this app Vista headphones because they have an IPX 7 rating. But I also wanted headphones that had the best sound quality and fit securely. With this companion app, I found the sound system I’ve been searching for! The newly updated app improved the already unbeatable sound quality. You will FINALLY be able to hear your music in all its clarity and richness!! Jaybird lets you create an equalizer for the exact album you’re streaming. It’s a must for any classical music fan or audiophile. It’s also a must for anyone running outside (where it’s windy) or in the gym (where the low profile design keeps them nicely tucked out of the way). The this app Vista headphones and app are the perfect companion for anyone pursuing physical goals, who loves sound, and wants the best sound system to fuel their journey!

Better than expected; exceptional.

After days of milling over countless reviews on the internet by various reputable organizations and companies to what ear buds I should purchase to compliment my workout and outdoor activities I concluded on the purchase of the this app Vista.

this app Vista true wireless earbuds have exceeded my expectations in the audiophile department. The sound quality has been amazing coupled with Jaybird ! I also enjoy: The comfortable stay in my ear design; being able to use only the left or right earbud only; and automatic turn on and turn off feature when removing and returning them from the case.

My only constructive criticism would be the color choices. I chose the Nimbus Gray to easily locate. I would like to see bright and vibrant colors for these ‘active ear buds’. Conservative colors are great for the office, work, etc. I prefer bright cheerful fun colors for working out and exciting outdoor activities.

My Jaybirds Vista

The sounds quality is amazing and especially love the ability to personalize the type of sound quality through Jaybird very comfortable to wear even over a long period of time and stays in place even through sweating during a workout which is in my opinion is one of the greatest quality’s because I can just put them in and forget that they are there and be in the zone of my run and enjoy great sounding music through my workout. I have tried others and they can eventually work there way out ,or you have to constantly readjust them in your ear during your workout and that is really distracting, also they can be uncomfortable and cause some irritation after wearing. With my jaybirds I have no distractions just comfortable great sounding music through my workouts.
Sincerely
A satisfied customer

Great App For Fine Tuning

Have had four pairs of this app Headphones (Two each of X3 & X4). Sound great, quick charge, and high quality sound. Jaybird enables you to not only customize for your style, but customize for the music you listen to. No complaint with Jaybird . Only complaint? As noted, I’ve gone through four pair of this app headphones in the past four years. I just paired up some new X4s that I purchased a month ago in anticipation of another headphone failure. Today was the day. All three of my previous this app Headphones failed when the metal cover the earbud connects to, came apart form the inner speaker enclosure. So far, I’d say each pair has lasted about one year... give or take. I understand planned obsolescence, but would hope Logi / this app would try to figure this out. Not that hard. Logi / this app. Do you provide repair services?

Jaybird Vista

this app Vistas are great all around earbuds. The sound is all right out of the box, but the sound improves greatly when you utilize the this app app to fine tune the sound profile to suit your ears. In fact, Vistas have the best sound compared to Bose Sport, Apple Powerbeats Pro, Apple AirPods Pro, and various others I’ve used though the years. You can fine tune sharp highs, clear mid range, and booming bass.

Excellent fit with little “wings” that help hold them in your ears. No issues with fatigue when worn for hours.

Great durability, however, and this is why they get a four star rating instead of five, one of the earbuds drops out, that is, the sound fades to so low it can barely be heard when I sweat heavily, usually running in 90 plus degrees heat. I’m not sure why this happens, but I think the earbud fills with sweat and degrades the sound volume (sorry so gross). I clean the buds after every use, and put them on the charger, and they work fine the next morning. This issue occurs with every model this app I have ever owned. Odd.

At any rate, if you don’t sweat a river, as I do, this app Vistas are fantastic. By the way, no other person I know has experienced the sound issue as mentioned. It’s probably just me. Perhaps the sound issue is fixed with Vista 2. If these Vistas ever break I will buy Vista 2. I highly recommend this app Vista.

Awesome

I’m a granite, marble, and stone fabricator and sculptor. I needed something to hold up to water, stone dust, pneumatic tool and air compressor noise. No doubt, these Run XT’s are up to the task.
Jaybird is seamless with Run XT’s. Great maneuverability throughout all voice and music apps. I love what Jaybird has to offer, sweet equalizer, music designed to get you through out the whole day regardless of whatever activity you’re focused on. Jaybird is filled with beautiful graphics and one touch options that are quick and easy.
Over the last 26 years I have had several Bose, SHURE, Underwater Audio, and Apple in ear and over the ear products. These Run XT’s are pulling there weight and are proving to be very user friendly, comfortable, low profile, durable, and providing great clear sound even in the noisiest of environments.
I love them and they have made my work day that much more enjoyable.

Jaybird X3's are Premium Earbuds

I've been using these for almost a year now and they've lived up to both the hype and my expectations. The this app app allows for myriad possibilities in terms of customized soundstages and works flawlessly with iOs 11 and Apple watch 3 settings. I renewed my subscription to Tidal HiFi in order to take full advantage of the X3's capabilities and I'm really glad I did. The earbuds are extremely comfortable to wear and the Bluetooth connection has both great range and solid pairing. In terms of battery life, I can easily get around 6 hours of use from a single charge almost a year later. I prefer to use the Comply foam tips rather than silicone because they provide a tighter seal, which to me provides a much better sound. I purchased a replacement set directly from Comply because the issued sets had simply worn out, as to be expected.

Good to go

Sound quality is on point and range from my phone is more than reasonable. Often times I wear them while doing basketball drills with no issues. I love how the range in sound is so clear and enjoyable from hip hop to gospel to classical. It even sounds good while on a phone conversation. I haven’t had any complaints from anyone, even after asking. I would have given five stars, but since it does sync with my Apple Watch, it’s a four. Can’t complain too much about having to bring my phone especially when I used to listen to and love 8 tracks or a Walkman. I remember walking with a boom box on my shoulder. Anyway, it’s worth it to me and I’m one of the rare people who always has an earbud popping out both ears, especially my right. But these right here stay in even while playing ball. Good luck in your search, and I hope this helps.

Finally got it right!

I’ve been a this app customer since day one. The original versions had short life spans due to charging and waterproofing issues but their function was so good (when they worked) it was worth getting new ones under warranty every time they stopped working. Since the X2 they have gotten MUCH better and now with the X3’s they’re pretty much impossible to break. I use them everyday and put them through every possible condition around the world as an athlete and extreme sports enthusiast. I just passed the one year mark with the X3 and they’re still going! so for an average, gym-going/runner day to day user these will last years if not forever. Don’t forget to use Jaybird to tune your earbuds because the factory settings are basic. Thanks for putting the time into get it right, this app. -Customer for life!

They continue to impress

I used to have the this app X3 and they offered great sound quality and these are impressive. I love Jaybird that lets you customize for different listening experiences. For example: I have a higher voice emphasis equalizer for audiobooks and one heavier on bass for dance music. They are really comfy and I sometimes forget they are even on. IMPORTANT: always put them in the case, because they are easier to lose. Also, download the this app My Sound app, because it lets you find your earbuds, if you lose them. Battery life is great. My complaint is that people don’t always hear me well, if it is noisy outside. I feel this is more a problem, than with the Apple wired headsets. This is something that needs improvement. Still, I would not let this discourage you from buying them. Happy customer, once again.

If You an iPhone and cant choose earbuds, and you workout get Jaybird a

I was about to get the Samsung buds for my iPhone because I like how it slim and not bulky, but the functionality features that are missed in IOS devices made me hesitate on getting it, my logic was if I’m paying full price of something I want all of its advertised features, then I was suggested the Jaybirds they are still slimmer than BOSE and the sound quality is great, plus all of the features I would have lost from the Samsun are here, and to top it off they are further more water resistant, 6 hours of play time might not be a lot, but for a guy that only needs them to run or workout, where, at most, I’m training for 2 hours, this is perfect, I wish I could just cover the this app logo to make the bud blend in more in my ear, but I can deal with it.

Great features!

While audiophiles often suggest that equalizers are not necessary since studio engineers already optimize music recordings, it’s a nice feature to have available, especially if you’re in an area with lots of background noise or have ears sensitive to lows or highs. And speaking of areas with background noise, the active noise canceling (ANC) does work well with the Vista2 earbuds. I’ve not yet had to use the GPS tracking, but it also seems to work.

If you do choose an equalizer setting, I highly recommend Raul Ochoa Hernandez’s “Bose signature sound” for a richer listening experience from your earbuds. It’s not too bass-y, which is nice.
~ Be mindful though: it does increase the volume, so turn your volume down before using it. ~

Jaybird Run’s the WORLD

These headsets r tha BOMB! I was worried they wouldn’t stay in my ears but lo & behold, I was wrong. These things r stable & secure. I’ve owned a pair of BlueBuds & a pair of X2’s, both of which sounded great but while running I sometimes had issues w/securing them. These have no such issue once u get the proper adapters. The RUNS sound great but they have audible static at certain decibels (Things I was able to fix w/Jaybird ). Connectivity is a breeze as long as ure only connecting to 1 device (using watch for a run & wen done connecting to tablet to watch a show), changing devices means putting them into search mode & reconnecting to the other device (turn Off, then hold on fr 6 sec’s). Things I can live w/for the portability, function & sound these offer.

Great Bass

I was hesitant getting this headset because I don’t like the way it looks on my ear.. it’s kinda sticking out.. but when I wore it a cuople of times.. it doesn’t look bad.! But the real catch is the way it sounds... I like bass a lot because I want a feeling like I’m in a club. When I’m home I wear this a lot and I have those neon lights that resemble the clubs because you know.. pandemic .. so I want to feel that real thump and this headset gives it that..and even with jumping and running and dancing, it won’t fall out of your ear,.. And with the accompanied app with so many choices of preset available, you can’t go wrong with that and you can make up your own setting to match your personality.

Pretty slick

Very pleased with Jaybird . Used it on my iPhone 6s & now iPhone 11 with my X3, X4, & currently Tarah Pro. Some handy features, custom presets, button mapping to name a few. this app X3 caught my eye years ago when I was wanting to upgrade from a name brand ‘wrap around the neck’ style (rests around the neck). After about 1 year the cord retract crapped out on one side, then the device stopped working altogether. After extensive research, I decided on the X3’s and have been so pleased with the design of both that product & Jaybird that I’ve stayed loyal to this app for my earbuds ever since. I think they’re priced reasonably, and worth the $ (especially with BestBuy’s protection plan) Hats off to this app & thank you! Keep it up & you will keep a satisfied customer! 👍🏼

As Good As I Need

I really appreciate being able to customize my own equalization settings. The buds sound quite good. They paired with my iPhone 11 easily in a few seconds. I’d say they block maybe 70% of outdoor noise. Good enough. I don’t like not being able to hear anything beyond my earbuds anyway. I’ve never run down the battery but then again I doubt I’ve ever had them in continuously more than two hours or so at one time. They fit well and at the end of a couple hours I can’t say my ears are begging me to take them out. I think they’re better sounding than some more expensive buds. I’ll very likely purchase Jaybirds again if and when I need a new set.

Awesome fit and sound!

Right before I bought these I tried out the AirPods and they just weren’t for me. The fit was ok but I felt they were going to fall out. These on the other hand for great! And sound even better!!! I personally don’t even use those flexible ear anker things. I use the comfy tip and they just stay in. Especially using the this app App to customize the sound it sounds waaaayyyy better than stock out of the box imo. There are plenty of preset so no need to be scared off about changing the equalizer. The most popular one called “Hi Def Audio” is my personal favorite. Hope this helps but honestly really worth the money especially since they were on sale on Target for $99 instead of the usual $149.

Easy To Use and Understand

I was initially wary about downloading Jaybird because I thought it would be another janky EQ modification app. After downloading it I was happy to see all the different ways you could personalize your listening experience, such as through EQ, Button mapping, or other cool features. This website also allows for nifty profile presets and settings that can be carried over from different devices. I have two phones that vary in sound quality, but with Jaybird I can just sign in and change the EQ settings to what suits me. It’s a bit overwhelming at first with how much freedom you have, but that’s never a bad thing. 5/5! 👍

Very Nicely Thought Out

I have the this app x3’s. I have an audiophile’s ear, but not the budget. If Bose is an extremely solidly performing mid-level Mercedes (before their reliability crashed), then the X3’s would be Porsche, maybe a nicely powered Boxster or Cayenne, a tad below a 911. Ergonomics like size, controls, & fit are good. Sound is competitive, battery life good. One thing that stands out is Jaybird which had several EQ settings that are easier to set across all bands by sliding your finger, and has good results & several samples you can choose. Also Hs a finder so if lost, it can map the last location they were connected to your phone. I have Apple AirPods & have had several Bose models, & the X3’s are a good option as well. These are noise isolating, which is good also (not canceling).

By

A whole new playing field

When I first got my X3s they sounded almost identical to the X2s, but then I downloaded the this app app and the similar sound quality of the X2s and X3s diverged greatly as Jaybird gives the people the power to fully customize their earbud sound quality. If the people want more bass, then they can use Jaybird to do that, as well as improving the highs and mids. The this app app also makes it very easy to make and customize your own sound profiles so no song is left behind as well as selecting other people’s profiles too. In conclusion the this app app is an amazing edition to the X3s as it gives these already great earbuds even more to love.

Jaybird App is Dialed!

I’ve been using the this app App for 4 consecutive years and don’t have any plans on stopping. Even though I use it quite minimally it’s very easy to understand and user friendly, and functional.
Not superfluous as most products can be, and the creating your personal sound with the Vista made it better! One thing I would ask is if they made the personal preset section allowed to be saved so others can share the EQ settings to dial in the settings and get a different perspective on another’s taste. Also, create a function where you can choose to re download the firmware. Keep it coming!

Need more features for the Jaybird Vista

You guys need to add the option where u can ping a high pitch nose in the headphones say like if they fell under the Sofia so it can make it easier for you to find them. Also can u guys add the feature like other headphones have called hear through so u can hear your surrounding also , add the feature where two devices can be connected at once. Last feature it needs is Add a next bottom prompt so we can activate Siri say like Double press and hold either ear buds. Also can’t u guys show the battery of the case too through the phone? That would be a neat feature

Personal EQ Update

Just download and updated the this app app and there’s new Personal EQ function where they tune the earbuds to your own personal hearing spectrum via a series of tones. And, I’ll tell you what, holy cow! It’s like a whole new set of headphones. The music is richer than I’ve ever heard and the bass hits so hard it was tickling the hairs in the inside of my ears. When I first bought them I would have given them a 7, but now they’re a 9 for sure. But, only because they want shift in your ear as you move and sweat during a workout. After the update the sound quality is insane!

By

8+ (iOS 13.x)

The this app app is orders of magnitude better than those offered by competitors (eg, Bose, Sony, etc.). It has a great UI and offers a number of EQ presets from both the manufacturer and individual users. The latter is where Jaybird shines, as users are able to like and save EQ presets to the preset homepage. By the way, the buds retain applied settings from device to device. This couldn’t be more intuitive. Jaybird also offers a bent of additional settings, including geolocation, button control preferences, power management, etc. Well done, this app. Very well done.

Nice Jaybird

I love hear things. I bought These for when I got running or when I don’t want to people to here what I’m listening to. A little pricey BUT you pay for what you get so, plus, free upgrades using the nice app, nice. These have a long range to, I can have my cellphone upstairs and go downstairs and even go into the garage and it still play, wow. Ok glad I bought these instead of the BOSE war buds. Those were to too bulky and I think the reviews said that they both sound about the same. I think this app was a bit cheaper so.....good product!
