Big problems with your new bill pay.
New bill pay works poorly and is SLOW , sent $250,000.00 check without confirmation# or approval. I’m extremely outraged and distrustful of the so-called new bank pay service. It also failed to make 2 separate payments to my power company as it changed the Pacific Power address to a different name. Why no confirmation numbers on transactions? No way I trust any info you provide if I have no way to confirm any transaction on my side. And no I don’t use an app. I don’t have cell phone service where I live. Please respond.
