I canceled my subscription back in September 2022 and they sent me confirmation email saying it was canceled. Come to find out I've been billed to my PayPal all these months and it is still not canceled. I don't even have the app anymore. I've sent several emails and nothing back from them. I think it's a scam because there is NO other way to contact them and why would they keep taking the money after cancelation? I'm going to report this if I don't hear back. Jennifer

As a psychologist, I really love the content on the app as well as all of the tools that are provided. Unfortunately, the app has problems with documenting whether you have met your daily goals. Eventually, the history of your goals appears to be mostly accurate. But, it will say I have met my daily goals when I haven’t, and it will not acknowledge that I have completed my goals when I have. I hope they are able to fix these problems because I like the content. It if the problems are not fixed by the time I will need to renew my subscription, I will not renew.

This app would be greatly improved if it included a tool about the menstrual cycle. It doesn’t have to be complicated, and could be designed to fit into the app similarly to the other tools. But considering how menstruation affects mood/productivity/nutrition needs, etc, one would think such an important category would be included in this app. And let us remind ourselves that menstruation effects MANY people, regardless of gender. Please include this category, your users will thank you for it.

This app truly is one of the most helpful mental health apps out there. The fact that it’s not just a cbt journal or mood tracker or medication reminder or journal or period tracker or food diary, but all of those things for me, is amazing! The fact that even the free version gives you the functionality and flexibility to do all those things is what makes Moodfit my favorite out of all the competition.
However it is pretty buggy. I have a lot of issues where it freezes or does not refresh to the new day. I notice it tends to happen when I try to log my lunchtime meds at work where I have crappy service. The app freezes and even when I get home with my WiFi and hit the little refresh button in the app, the daily goals home page is not accurate and will not update. I usually have to sign out and sign back in to fix that. So, not the worst but definitely can be annoying. Especially since I have adhd, it’s hard for me to remember to remain consistent with things or I will forget to log things if I don’t log it right away.
I wish there was an option to log things and save them as a draft or something in the app, and then it can upload to the full log once there is a good enough connection.
