PayPal business app starts every time I access the phone

This paypal app is a total flop. I've spent hours trying to produce and send an invoice to a client. The first two attempts resulted in about 2 hours of work being lost with no trace it ever existed, when I tried sending it to my client. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th attempts ended unsuccessfully after hitting "send invoice" and the app freezing with the little "spinning circle" indicating that it's trying to send it. 5 failed attempts in acrow and 3 hours wasted, and now I'm going to have 5-$50 late fees on my storage units because this app sucks so badly
