Despite Samsung android phone being paired to Tune130NC buds, app doesn't see them, and if I try manual connecting, cannot scroll sideways in the Tune series to find/select Tune 130NC.

I am trying to use the JBL headphones app and I have done everything the instructions told me to do to connect them with no luck. I have the Tune500s. I don’t see them listed on the parable device list. Is that why I can pair to the app? I would really like to customize my sound and I’ve seen online a ton of people having the same issue

I am having to restart my phone whenever I want to use my JBL Live Free NC+ TWS earbuds, or stop using them and re-establish a connection to another device (notably, Fitbit Versa 3). Also cannot use them in conjunction with my Fitbit, which is disappointing given that these are the third piece in the plan to use Fitbit to control Spotify to listen to through your product. There was a recent update for my phone software that may be causal or coincidental, I had not been using your product long enough at that stage to be certain if the fault was present prior to the update.
You seem to have a unfixed issue with android where the JBL app does recognise the Wave 100 headphones we purchased yesterday. This is a very common issue apparently with most of your products that is damaging your brand and needs to be fixed. We are the end users who have the power of social media and review pages to warn others not to bother with your products, you can't just leave your customers in the dark regarding your software issues. Please do better!
I have downloaded the app. The tune 230 show in the app. Says they can not locate headphones. Android 13, with pixel 6a. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times.

I bought 230nc jbl and after the ios 16 update i cannot use the jbl headphones app it is the common problem with all ios 16 apple users please fix the app and update it to make it compatible with ios 16 since we want to use the tws to its full potential, we never expected this from jbl to be honest
It shows my headphones on the my products screen but when I tap my headphones the controls don't show. I tried resting deleting the app its not frozen it just doesn't want to change the screen. Bluetooth still works and can hear music but the app doesnt.

I have a pair of jbl reflect flow earbuds and I also have a pair or jbl club pro earbuds.
