For the money you WILL NOT find better sound. Id be willing to bet for another hundred or two you won’t find better sound. I paid almost 300 for my Solo Pros and the JBL are superior. These are truly what music is meant to sound like. I have JBL in my car and I will only buy Harman products from “hear” on out. To the engineers at Harman I applaud you. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend. I can’t wait to save up the scratch to get the Flash as I’m told they sound BETTER?! I don’t know how this is possible, but I wanna find out!

I'm a producer and so have a fair amount of experience in dealing with EQs, and I have to say that the EQ feature in JBLHeadphones, while nice and simple, isn't quite enough. What if you create a complicated EQ with several points of all different values, then discover that the entire result is too quiet? or if every point above 0 is too loud and every point below is too soft? It would be nice to have a couple sliders for volume and offset to fix that problem when it comes up. Much better than being either off or full-strength.

It would also be nice to have a preset to correct for the frequency response curve the headphones already have, sort of like Sonarworks for this specific range of headphones. (sorry for the overly technical review)

I received these as a Christmas present and I have enjoyed them ever since. They satisfied my needs very well. A great value for the money. They are fairly comfortable to wear. JBLHeadphones has a built in equalizer so you can tune the sound to your liking. The volume buttons do not work once either Of the voice assistants are selected. Took a while to figure this out. Turning off solved the issue. I have noise cancelling Sony earbuds and the JBL650 does a better job of noise cancelling.

The JBL app really lets you customize the headphones to you personal taste. You can raise the bass up even higher using JBLHeadphones . I like the classical sound because it’s flat. And while it. Rings up the highs, I’m able to go back and add bass to the classical setting. So I get highs and mids with bass. The only thing is I should’ve downloaded JBLHeadphones as soon as I bought the headset. I waited for about a month.

Greetings, I just bought the 125TWS and their not on here. Searched the Internet for a fix or information revolving around this and it sees I’m not the only one experiencing the fact JBLHeadphones is miss mine (and other types) of JBL headphones.

In a time when brand and product means everything, where hard earned money is critically spent by those struggling, I thought possibly I made the smart choice going for 125TWS then say AirPods or Galaxy Buds, but I guess I thought too much :(

I hope this changes. I hope I can get to experience what JBLHeadphones is meant to do for the consumer and maybe one day, what I was hoping to be excited about.

Nice app and headphones. I broke my Sony and got this instead and have to say for 140 bucks the noise cancelling really ads in the mids and since I mess with eq it’s nice to be able too for certain music types. Have to say though, I wish it would tell me the battery strength without an app like the Sony did. Otherwise I like this better! Nice work cheers!

I like my 660NCs but the beep when you take them off is annoying. I use mine reclined or in bed and anytime I turn my head it beeps because they shift ever so slightly. At first it would pause but I downloaded JBLHeadphones and was able to disable that. But they still beep. It’s annoying. I hope it will eventually allow me to disable the beep and hope it’s not a hardware issue. That’s probably the only thing keep me from giving it 5 stars.

So i bought the JBL 300 series ear bud from Ross in the Antelope Valley. Those things are awesome. Give u good ear quality long battery charges. Typically state of the art functions. I did not expect to perform so well for me. Long story short. I lost one of the ear buds Righty tighty and not the lefty loose. Now i have skullcandy. I miss my bulk white ear buds

I don’t like the fact that the earbud’s don’t switch out from one to the other. Example you could be listening to music with the left one until the battery dies . When you put it on charge and switch to the right earbud you can’t hear nothing. So you have to end up going to settings to reconnect the earbuds again in order to use the right earbud. I’ve only had the earbuds switch automatically once. After that not.

Great app for controlling JBL headphones, I wish they’d add the lower headphone models to it since I use 2 different sets and can only control one pair from JBLHeadphones. Great EQ as well and if they made it so you could adjust while rotated I feel I’d have better control!

Very nice app, I just wish users have complete control over the gestures. For example, I don’t use noise cancelling at all but use the feature where I allow external sounds to come through.

Instead of getting preset group gesture settings (NC/ambient sound, play/pause etc) I wish the user can combine any combinations of gesture settings.

But every time u have to use them u have reset the eq or and any setting u made on JBLHeadphones that’s very annoying and also u can barly hear your self that’s annoying also oh there’s than that the sounds is deff way better then apple but apple is a smaller case and u can hear yourself when u talk

FIX JBLHeadphones . The products JBL produces physically are great and priced well, but requiring use of JBLHeadphones to check the headphone charging, adjust ambient noise cancelling, use sound canceling, adjust EQ and then not having a functioning app is insane.

It’s clear that this is an issue a significant amount of users are facing based off the consistent reviews explaining how JBLHeadphones never seems to locate the headphones and cannot be adjusted without JBLHeadphones locating the headphones. So when will this be fixed?

It’s been 4 months of use without functioning properly. I have stopped using my headphones in Lieu of SILENCE because JBLHeadphones has caused me such frustration.

I would not recommend any product that requires JBLHeadphones solely for JBLHeadphones .

Most of my Bluetooth audio devices are jbl and I just love the sound they produce. JBLHeadphones is great how you can control the highs and lows for fine tuning heat deal on theses headphones I got the live 650btnc were a steal for the price I paid and options with JBLHeadphones

I really like when these work , but too frequently I lose connectivity to either one or both headphone pieces and have to find the battery charge pack to put them in and take them back out to reset them. It stinks when you’re out running or at the gym and can’t get to your battery charge pack immediately.

Also, when crossing any street with signal lights it cuts the connectivity every time as well.

Have to place headphones in just right into battery charger pack or they won’t charge.

Have to disconnect 9/10 times the Bluetooth when you’re done or it won’t disconnect on its own when you put the headphone back into the case.

Theses are so comfy with so many great features. The JBL sound quality is what you expect from a JBL product. I wear them at the gym and they are lightweight and with the noise canceling options, very versatile.
I was looking at Bose, Sony and Beats. What sold me was the features/price.

Why do I need to use phone space to download another app for these to work, Skull candy didn’t have me do this, my daughters 20 dollar pair didn’t need an app. An app that I will use once then never use again, with JBLHeadphones standing as an eyesore at the most. Come on. I just want to listen to my news through out the day at work. You make it work without an app, I’ll give it 5 stars, but with this ridiculous caveat, one star.

Amazing sound! Ive owned these jbl club one a little over a year and still do not disappoint!
I do fee like they can push out deeper bass though, its my only nitpicking detail. Other than that, absolutely love them!

Why don’t you guys have as many headphone options as you should? If anything add the reflect flow headphones, please. I’m hoping to see some sort of update with those headphones added soon. If not, I’m returning my headphones. I can’t deal with the crackling and the fact that I have to jack the volume up to blast in order to even have a little bass. I didn’t spend 100+ dollars on these just to have them break later.

Had problems with JBLHeadphones from the beginning. Could not pair by following quick start instructions or through JBLHeadphones . Even after pairing with my phone, JBLHeadphones rarely finds my headphones, so I lose out on some features. It is particularly annoying to not be able to see how much of a charge is left on the ear phones.

Seriously guys? You really cannot fix the most fundamental problem of JBLHeadphones which is IT DOESN'T SYNC WITH OUR PHONES! Why is this still a problem? I can’t do nothing with JBLHeadphones... literally NOTHING. How can you allow this? We paid hundreds of dollars for your product and this is how you repay us despite all the negative reviews with the same issue? What’s the point of creating JBLHeadphones if it doesn’t work at all? It’s constantly saying the headphones battery is at 0% which is not, therefore I can’t update the headphones using JBLHeadphones , change the equalizer or anything at all. You don’t even deserve a single star! For the love of god, fix your app!

JBLHeadphones no longer connects to my Everest Elite 700 headphones after updating to iOS 11. When I had iOS 10, JBLHeadphones worked and the features were great. I enjoyed having the equalizer and being able to turn noise cancelling on and off. JBL, please update JBLHeadphones to be compatible with the newest iOS as it greatly enhances our listening experience.

You will never find a better noise cancellation Bluetooth JBL headphones. These are high-quality and easy to use. The JBL app controls everything you need for perfect sound. I can leave the elite 750 over your ears Bluetooth headset on for hours. Very comfortable but most importantly is the high quality headphones that charge quickly for hours of listening. I’ve owned my pair for 6 months. Thanks JBL

I have many brands of noise canceling headphones and while my Everest Elite 700 and 750 aren’t the best ones I own, JBLHeadphones was the best of all ones that work with the various brands. However, as of the latest update, nothing in JBLHeadphones works. It doesn’t even show the battery level, much less allow me to tweak ANC and EQ. I’m actually glad to see many other users reporting the same problems because I was worried that my headphones had gone bad. Please fix this JBL. It’s a great app when it works.

It's about time! I've been waiting for months and months for the devs to finally fix JBLHeadphones and the moment has finally arrived. This past update has finally fixed everything. It now works flawlessly! Thank you devs! For the amount of money that the headphones designed to work with JBLHeadphones cost, it was unacceptable that it was broken for as long as it was.

I own jaybirds and just got myself these 650 JBL headphones . I can’t even connect to JBLHeadphones so it basically useless. My headphones are connected but, that doesn’t matter because JBLHeadphones can’t find it. A huge disappointment to loyal buyers of JBL because they spend good money on their product just to be worthless when it comes to potential. First and last time buying from JBL. It’s a shame because rather like JBL, but judging from these comments looks like changes won’t happen for the better.

Never been able to actually use JBLHeadphones because it says I need to connect my headphones even though they’re connected on my phone. Had them a year now and it’s STILL not working. I’ve done this on several different phones and JBLHeadphones literally won’t register that my headphones are connected. PLEASE HELP!!!! JBLHeadphones is literally useless to me right now and I just want to adjust my headphones! Seriously JBL it’s 2018. Get it together. These headphones don’t function well without JBLHeadphones .

I just got the Live 400BT headphones and I absolutely LOVE them. However, JBLHeadphones to adjust the settings is definitely not loveable. I wish JBLHeadphones was compatible with iOS 11 because I connect my headphones to use for work. I have to disconnect from my laptop in order to connect via Bluetooth on my phone, THEN I can adjust the settings. Please make this available for Catalina. This isn’t 2008, stop the nonsense.

I just purchased Everest Elite 700. The sales person said that JBLHeadphones would help me control the sound. I’m interested in being able to lower the volume as the step between zero sound and the 1st level can still be too loud.

I downloaded JBLHeadphones but it isn’t doing anything beyond the orange window instructing me to “Please connect your headphones”. Well, they are connected.

Good thing I still have 14 days to return the headphones which I plan to do.

JBLHeadphones has worked perfectly for me. My favorite feature is the awareness, which uses the mics to pic up ambient noises. The only reason gave JBLHeadphones 4 stars instead of 5 is they should add a force press on JBLHeadphones icon to instantly turn awareness on and off

Just got the Everest Elite 700 and I can’t use all of the features. I can’t turn on/off the noise canceling through JBLHeadphones . I had to upgrade the firmware via the desktop as JBLHeadphones kept displaying that the battery had to be at least 50% charged. JBLHeadphones shows 0% charge for the headphones, whereas the small widget on iOS displays full charge. JBLHeadphones needs to be fixed as it doesn’t do anything for my headphones!

It dosent work with yours because its not supported if u read what it supported then you would have relized your an idiot but other than that JBLHeadphones is probly one of the most helpfull apps ive had for music for awhile

Since the new update I haven’t been able to sync my JBL Everest 700 Elite headphones to your app. it says installing firmware but never completes the firmware update I can no longer calibrate my JBL with your app. The equalizer setting no longer affect the headphones. I have deleted JBLHeadphones and reinstall I have also unpaired the JBL from my Bluetooth device and paired it again on my Bluetooth. These actions have had no effect.

I too was having the issue where JBLHeadphones no longer worked after the last update.

I corrected the issue by deleting JBLHeadphones from my iPhone and re-installing it. Fixed the problem right up.

Worthless when JBLHeadphones loaded and worked. Now JBLHeadphones won’t even load just keeps saying connect to Bluetooth. The headphones work perfectly (Everest 750NC) using Bluetooth on my iPhone XS using iOS 13.3 but JBLHeadphones will not initiate or load past connect to Bluetooth. Tried deleting and reinstalling JBLHeadphones without success. Just deleted JBLHeadphones but will never purchase anything JBL again.
