I recently downloaded the JBL Headset app on my iPhone running iOS 16 and to my greatest surprise my JBL Reflect Mini connects fine via Bluetooth buh the app can’t find the connection, I tried same on an Oppo Reno7 phone that runs android 12 and it worked fine. What’s the solution guys?
I got JBL Wave 200 TWS. They connect to phone, play well. But the app cannot find them. Tried all suggested solutions, nothing work. Pls help

JBL app is connected but app is not working properly
I can't pair both earphone jbl endrace to my phone.
Headphones connect to the iPhone via bluetooth but the JBL app says nothing paired.
App doesn't find headphones in Android 11. "An app is required" when i try to connect Bluetooth device. Pairing is fine but i do see a difference in the device identifier (2 different ones depending on how i connect). Device is a LIVE650. Phone is a Galaxy Note. Device works on older Androids (different phone or tablet). Other headphones (brand new) work perfectly with this phone. I was forced to buy a whole new set from another manufacturer. These JBL ones seem overpriced and dysfunctional TBH. Hope that's enough info.
In the app, the noisecancelling button does not stay in the ' on' position. It goes back to grey, off.
