Tracfone wireless My Account app not working on cell.
I no longer have access to 3 mobile phones through Tracfone. They no longer work. I am being automatically charged service fees. One of the phone numbers is 570-301-8933. I can't get into my Tracfone account. I haven't used any of the phone numbers you are charging me for. I want you to stop charging me for minutes I haven't used for a long time. Please help me. Thank you.

hello, i am in the same as everyone, only i just came upon this problem, i have always just clicked on the tracfone my account app and i could see how many minutes i had left, i was also able to refill, but just a few days ago i clicked on the app, and i couldnt see what minutes or texts i had left, and i had to sign in, phone,sim,fingerprint, then you got to put your passw in also to access your complete acct, i dont know whats going on buts its very agravating, they gonna lose a ton of customers, i am tired of all the changes thru google, every time you look around, they are changing something or adding somethi ng, taking up your storage.

I have written a letter, I have contacted the bank and the United credit card that you folks keep charging me. The charge card people already deducted the two months from my account and yet here comes another bill for the month and the there is another charge. I spent an hour and a half yesterday with your man in the Philippines who kept insisting I need the account number which I don't have they just took it out of my account. my home phone land line is 703-433-1295..please call if you cannot relieve me of this charge I will ignore all charges you place on my card.

why would you set up my phone without a phone number? i call in and hold for 20 minutes only to be switched to another department and get hung up on. disgusting

I also have a problem accessing my account on my android tracfone for way over a month. Calling in doesn't help tech people are clueless how to fix problem. I've added 2 cards and never got the right amount of minutes because they don't triple anymore. I'm seriously considering going with another cell phone company. I've been a customer of tracfone for years but this is way beyond an inconvenience this is taking way to long for any solution. They should be fixing the problem and giving everyone free minutes for the inconvenience.
My Tracfone app will not open on my android phone. I put in my serial number and get, sorry something went wrong response failure, I put in my email address and it says the same thing. I put in the phone number and still get the same response. HELP!

I have read hundreds of comments about not being able to use the My Account app. I have the same problem. Tracfone please respond with an answer as to why so many users have the same problem. If you don't know just admit it.
Like everyone else here, I can no longer access My Account app. I have spoken to agents, supervisors, and the top level supervisor yesterday who promised me a technical support callback at 3:30 today. I did not receive a callback. I used to be able to open the app right away, without having to sign in. No longer. I keep getting error messages. I asked to speak to an American agent today, not someone in the Philippines. I was told the wait time was 30 minutes. This customer service is terrible. Tracfone needs to fix this problem that so many people are experiencing. I'm ready to write a nasty letter to the CEO of Tracfone. I should not have to pay full price for service if I can't even access the My Account app. And I will write that letter!
Same as all the others, android app won’t work on my Samsung phone. iOS app Does work on my iPad, so I can still get in. Calling their customer support line is a waste of time. They run through a list of questions, they don’t listen and nothing gets fixed. Told me to call back in 48 hours if it still didn’t work! It hasn’t worked in months. Yes, I restarted my phone, no I haven’t changed the sim, yes I deleted and reinstalled the app.
My phone died suddenly. The screen is just black with no sound & recharging won't revive it. I want to cancel my membership with Tracfone & cancel the automatic service addition every 2 months. I don't have a phone & I want out of this agreement.

I also cannot get "my account downloader" to work anymore on my phone. I wonder if this has anything to do with possibly a change in tracfone's computer systems? I noticed the my account screens online are different. Please let us know how we can get this back versus having to text to 611611 for our usage info.

Same issue as most everyone else. When I access Tracfone My Account App, it goes to the page asking for email, phone, or serial no./SIM no. I've tried entering the information required and press Continue. I receive an error message every time, and I've tried at least 5 times. I also updated my app, restarted phone; it still doesn't function. Then I uninstalled it, reinstalled, cleared the cache, and it still goes back to the Login page instead of taking me to the page that reports info about my current plan, as well as allowing me to add another plan. Luckily I can text 611611 with the message Usage to find out data about my current plan; however, that does not solve the problem of not being able to add a plan easily using the app.

My tracfone my account app has been blocked for over 4 months. I have mad a lots of calls to tracfone . Said i had reported it lost or stolen which is not true. Unable to log into my account last night. Did a chat with Camila from 9 to 9:15 p.m. but she was unable to help. She asked if a call back from a supervisor at 9:45 (in one-half hour) would be okay. I waited, no call. I called TracFone at 10:30 last night and was told they are updating their website to try back in 3-4 hours. I tried this morning at 6 a.m. and still could not access my account.

When I click on Manage Lines, I get error message May 31 Chat yesterday same issue. Agent said website being updated. Will be ok later. Is not ok today. At 12:30 there was a call back scheduled for 1 PM. Can you confirm? Splendid. I successfully set a callback for you at 2:00 PM EST today with the phone number 6185208875. Callback got no where real fast. No resolution. June 01 Problem persists. Tracfon has website, and associates with no clue how to maintain it. I suggest hire Computer Science graduate with DBMS experience. This paltry problem is way over your head, and beyond script. I am still open to suggestions as to how tro resolve this issue.

I have tried to access My Account multiple times today. It keeps asking me for Log in information through my email or phone, and I get error messages on both. FYI - I have never had to do this before. I did request HELP on the app and was put in the que, but I have not received any response. Today is Tuesday, May 31st, 2022.

I also looked at the trouble shooting advice below. I went to the play store, clicked on the tracfone my account app and updated it. IT WORKED. I am now able to open the tracfone my account app and view all data, minutes, and text, and make a purchase when I need to. It was that easy. Thank you Kelly

Updated minutes on 02 April and attempted to enter to account but received note Failed to join "SVWNM" Enter Password. This was done but nothing happened. Can not enter or delete or cancel.
