I’m so disappointed in the management system, customer service. I order flared pants and they were super tiny. I asked for exchange, and they said that they do not offer an exchange. I had to return and order new ones. There’s nothing to complain about until I had to pay for the return shipping fee so that they receive the item within 7 days at their warehouse (I’m in the U.S. and
their warehouse is in Korea). I think this is ridiculous for them to require this because it took them 2 weeks to deliver my package even though it was an EXPRESS SHIPPING. PLUS, I had to pay for the international shipping fee because my order after returning this item is no longer qualified for free shipping.

Overall, avoid this online shopping website at any cost, or be prepared to pay absurd fees if you need to return.

I returned two clothes that were cost $54 due to sizing issue and they only refunded me $6.78 I contacted customer service via message and they were making no sense and try to rip off with the shipping. I was qualified for free shipping and they canceled some items due to out of stock. I understand they charge $10 shipping for return, but they deduct $13 shipping because I am returning two items so that I am not qualified free shipping anymore. It is scam. You won’t be able to return stuff even though you get wrong sizing , bad quality item, and whatever!!! They won’t give you money back. Stay away from this company

Without a fail, every time I order with this app, one or more items are sold-out. This has happened multiple times. So when I went to Codibook to check the item, they never mark it as "sold-out" and it's still an option for people to make a purchase.

And then I get refunded less than the listed price for the item because they say they take the credits or points I used into consideration. But if they had marked the item as "sold-out," I would not have had to waste my points like this.

They've also cancelled my entire order without asking me just because one of the item was sold-out.

Codibook is excellent for finding Korean fashion that can be hard to locate elsewhere. however, the quality of the brands varies—some are fantastic, while others may not meet expectations. it’s important to keep this in mind. on the plus side, shipping is quick and reliable, as they use DHL, which is convenient. They also host contests to put together outfits for a chance to win credits. overall, I’d rate it a 3.5/5. It's a good option, but be mindful of product quality!

Be aware of their product prices. It went down after you purchased the item. Feel so terrible about seeing cheaper price while I pay them higher. l can get another dress or something with those money.
Well, I changed my review from 1 star to 3 star because of an explanation from customer service(very smooth customer service) that the price changes due to exchange rates. However, I still believe it should have fixed price unless they are doing promotions. Even if it’s a promotional period, customer should have the right to get price adjustment.

I have used Codibook ever since I was into Korean fashion and trends. There are so many stores you can shop from, you can also search a specific style and it’ll give you a bunch of clothes related to it. It is easy to use and easy to find. They also give you so many discounts and coupons that you can use, which is one of the reasons why I use this app rather than other apps. It is similar to the Korean app that majority of the Koreans use, so all the clothes on Codibook are trending in Korea as well. They not only have clothes but accessories, K-beauty makeup products, shoes, phone cases, etc! The qualities of the clothes that I’ve purchased so far are ALL so good. Really recommend Codibook for people who are interested in Korean style fashion.

This is the only place I shop for clothes online and it is literally perfect! It has a variety of Korean clothing brands directly from the websites with information on everything, reviews of the clothing, and transparent prices. The shipping is always extremely fast and goods arrive exactly as ordered every time. I have never had a bad experience with this app, and the customer service is also extremely fast and reliable! Favorite app <3

I love Codibook the credit system is a good feature to save some money. The shipping is fast & very affordable. I really hope they partner with more Korean online stores like Wonyhellow, Perbit, Loveyourlime, Uptownholic, and Shopperland. For these brands I have to use a proxy to buy from Korea but the shipping and fees are too expensive, with this app it’s much more convenient. Please consider adding more brands! Great app!

I love this app’s professionalism and ever changing trends/ clothing options :-). I’ve had numerous problems that are always reasonably and professionally resolved, which is one of the main reasons as to why i’m such a loyal customer! this app knows how to treat their customers!!! i also love the clothes that stores sell on here. you often see the same ones in korea :-). happy 12th anniversary, this app!

I live in the United States and all korean clothing stores near me seem to carry the same clothes as these apps BUT this app provides these clothes with cheaper prices. I always buy my clothes here especially because they are lenient with returns which most Korean clothing apps are not. App itself is very easy to use and they always have discount specials and reward points to purchase clothes cheaper! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

this app makes shopping for Korean clothing really easy and accessible. this app is quick to ship and communicates whenever there are delays. Cancellations are also quick and easy. I get the most compliments on the clothes that I buy from here. There’s many different options and styles of clothing to choose from which makes styling very versatile. Overall, clothes are generally great quality and are affordable in price. Highly recommend shopping from here!

I’ve been using this app for around a year now. Living in the US, I always shopped for clothes in person, spending hours trying to find one piece of clothing that I truly like. I was never truly able to find clothes that fit my style. After discovering the this app app, I barely ever go to the mall anymore. this app is so convenient and has the best clothings that consists of various styles for everyone. I don’t even need to try them on to know that they fit me, they provide you with all the size information. There are also SO many discounts and credits that they offer you consistently every month, weekends, holidays, etc. I definitely recommend everyone to check this app out!

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s been great. Packages are shipped out very quickly and arrive within a couple days to North America. I’ve had to return a couple items and customer service was very responsive and helpful. Theres a wide variety of brands and clothing that I can’t get elsewhere. There’s also always promotions going on so I check Codibook quite frequently.

I've been using this app for almost 3 years now and Codibook is convenient and definitely user-friendly. If I have any questions regarding my order their support center is always helpful and provides quick responses. All of my packages were delivered in a timely manner and had no issues.

I’ve been using this app for quite some time now, and I’ve only had amazing experiences! They communicate back to me quite fast, for instance: when I had a refund issue, I spoke to the help services and they were able to provide me with a well informed response! this app also has such amazing quality clothes and many brands which I’ve loved for quite some time now. I 100% recommend Codibook to those whole love korean fashion and even just fashion in general, or even makeup as they sell makeup as well!

I’ve been using this app app for about an year. I am from South Korea, living in the states currently and I do like the style of Korean clothing so I use this app to order. It’s super easy to use, lots of photos and also good promos every month. It takes some time to gather your items (if you order from different merchants) but it’s worth to wait and once the shopping starts, it’s super fast. They use DHL. Good customer service too. I recently learned they are celebrating 12th anniversary. Congrats and keep it going!

I have been using this app for about 2 years now and have placed more than 10 orders. The quality is good, the price is reasonable, and there are so many pretty clothes that you can't find elsewhere! this app has been my favorite app to purchase clothes for a very long time now! All the clothes come from Korea and they have so many different vendors with many different styles to choose from, they gather all the stuff you ordered and they ship everything together which is so convenient.

The quality is always good and the prices are very reasonable, you also get free shipping when you spend a certain amount of money which is always worth it.
