I’m so disappointed in the management system, customer service. I order flared pants and they were super tiny. I asked for exchange, and they said that they do not offer an exchange. I had to return and order new ones. There’s nothing to complain about until I had to pay for the return shipping fee so that they receive the item within 7 days at their warehouse (I’m in the U.S. and
their warehouse is in Korea). I think this is ridiculous for them to require this because it took them 2 weeks to deliver my package even though it was an EXPRESS SHIPPING. PLUS, I had to pay for the international shipping fee because my order after returning this item is no longer qualified for free shipping.

Overall, avoid this online shopping website at any cost, or be prepared to pay absurd fees if you need to return.

Always sold-out and cancels multiple orders

Without a fail, every time I order with Codibook, one or more items are sold-out. This has happened multiple times. So when I went to the app to check the item, they never mark it as "sold-out" and it's still an option for people to make a purchase.

And then I get refunded less than the listed price for the item because they say they take the credits or points I used into consideration. But if they had marked the item as "sold-out," I would not have had to waste my points like this.

They've also cancelled my entire order without asking me just because one of the item was sold-out.

Fraud, deceiving, rude representative

I returned two clothes that were cost $54 due to sizing issue and they only refunded me $6.78 I contacted customer service via message and they were making no sense and try to rip off with the shipping. I was qualified for free shipping and they canceled some items due to out of stock. I understand they charge $10 shipping for return, but they deduct $13 shipping because I am returning two items so that I am not qualified free shipping anymore. It is scam. You won’t be able to return stuff even though you get wrong sizing , bad quality item, and whatever!!! They won’t give you money back. Stay away from this company
