Hospital staff could not get app support or answer why it was not working on my iPhone during visit. I tried downloading and accessing app again 24 hours later and still not working. Here it is 48 hours after visit where I need app in order to access free follow up visit and app just boots you back out to Home Screen. This is the same experience we had last visit just a couple months ago while attempting to use NemoursCareConnect to check visit diagnoses and ask questions.

NemoursCareConnect looks like it would be very valuable, however it has crashed six times in the first 20 minutes of trying to use it. My son has a high fever, and I’ve had NemoursCareConnect crash while: Signing up, entering Insurance info, getting an appointment, and so on. Basically every minute or so in use doing anything. Kept trying in order to get a hold of someone to see my son, but to no avail. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment!

Let me know when this works, and I’d love to use it!

I rate Care Connect App, Service and Providers a 5 Star Rating! It is truly a blessing to receive care for my children from the comfort and safety of our own home or even while out and about when my 1 year old at the time fell off a toy and got a nasty cut. I’m so grateful for the experience and access to highly trained and thorough physicians at the click of an app for my children’s well being! The service is excellent and the providers are warm and nice and make you feel you are right in their presence at the office.
Thank you kindly to all who make this possible even those technicians who we may never see but ensure NemoursCareConnect is functioning properly and it’s our devices!

I waited for several hours yesterday for a provider and was not connected per customer service likely due to high call volume. Early this morning I was able to be connected with a provider who was very helpful.

We're very very pleased with the concept of tele-visits. Years ago we often dreamed about, after bringing one of our children to the doctor’s office for one thing and going home with an added issue which in many instances was more complicated or aggravated the original issue. Though I’m not certain why I have yet to be able to have a flawless visit we are absolutely pleased with the concept. Our son is Med Complex and the less exposure the better in his case. We have the option available, and it’s just a little perk in this complicated world .

My first time ever using NemoursCareConnect and Doctor Patricia Solo-Johnson was extremely Polite, Helpful, and Knows what’s in the best interest for not only myself as a mother worried for her child but Knows what’s in the best interest for my baby. Thank you so much for all your help.

Doctor on call was great, but the wait time was LONG. Waited nearly 1.5hr to be seen just to be told my daughter needs to be seen at an urgent care due to her symptoms. The doctor did refund my money for the telemedicine appointment since my daughter was not able to be treated, which I was happy for.

I have used these physicians since my son was tiny, as a wonderful second set of eyes to a provider mama who always doesn’t trust her first judgement when it comes to her son. I appreciate their kindness, compassion and thorough, comprehensive care.

Brilliant! I’m home with four children alone and really didn’t want to drag my healthy children into a sick room at an urgent care facility or doctors office. This was a perfect alternative, and we were able to diagnose and treat over video chat. Absolutely fabulous, highly recommend.

This visit was extremely simple and easy. NemoursCareConnect is user friendly & efficient it made the visit great! Plus not having to leave home and worry about traffic of being late to the appt was also a plus!

What an amazing service! We live in Port Orange and would have had to travel to Jacksonville about an hour or more away if this wasn’t available. Our appointment was so easy and the doctor was incredible!

Three-year old who is NOT cooperative with anything! This is such an amazing alternative to having him make a big scene at the doctor’s office. Also greatly reduces his exposure to other illnesses. And am not losing precious sick time from work. I will recommend and use this incredible service again!

Dr Denitz is a role model Doctor on how Doctors should proceed with their patients.

I’ve downloaded almost every app similar to this just to be let down because they didn’t accept our insurance. And any decent doctor is roughly 45 minutes away so is the closest base. And getting same day appointments in general is a hassle off base and literally impossible to get on base. I’m excited to have NemoursCareConnect for emergencies if any are to happen. But crossing my fingers there won’t be.

I cannot believe this is the first time I’ve heard of NemoursCareConnect! The service was amazing and it probably cost A couple hundred dollars less than going to the urgent care center for the same service which would’ve taken five times as long! The doctor was professional, kind, efficient, and gave us an answer and solution right away! I will use NemoursCareConnect again!!!

We did a consult appointment with Dr. Shirin Hasan for medication management with our 17 year-old son. Dr. Hasan has expert knowledge of psychiatric medications and pharmacotherapy, she asks very good questions to properly understand and diagnose her patient’s condition(s), and she is very personable and compassionate. If she treated adults, we would certainly stay with her. We have consulted with at least a dozen mental health professionals over the years, and Dr. Hasan is simply the best. We would recommend her for anyone’s child or teenager.

NemoursCareConnect is amazing it seriously made things so much easier and helped me feel less anxious about bringing my child home after surgery. You can video chat with any of the doctors and they can diagnose some conditions over the phone rather then drag your child back to the hospital. My daughter got oral thrush when we were home after a few days, we did a video chat and they called in a prescription. It just makes things much less complicated.

I have used NemoursCareConnect a couple of times and it has saved so much time and hassle beings I am a mom of a 6 month old, 3 year old, and 7 year old. With Covid going around and there only being aloud one parent and just the patient this has helped tremendously. My husband works full time and overtime and I am a stay at home mom so we do not always have the option to take just the one child for something not too serious but just need expert advise!!!! This has saved soooo much time!

One of the most useful apps. Not only are the doctors are phenomenal, it is super convenient. Since mom/dads are managing the entire family, we aren’t allowed to get sick. Parents are able to see a doctor when they are sick and still be on time to pick up or drop off our children to their activities. Great to app to have on hand!

My son woke up making a very alarming sound when he’d breath and I thought I’d have to go to the emergency room but this avoided a ER visit and my son is getting the medicine he needs to make him feel better ! 😊
