Hospital staff could not get app support or answer why it was not working on my iPhone during visit. I tried downloading and accessing app again 24 hours later and still not working. Here it is 48 hours after visit where I need app in order to access free follow up visit and app just boots you back... Show more out to Home Screen. This is the same experience we had last visit just a couple months ago while attempting to use NemoursCareConnect to check visit diagnoses and ask questions.

NemoursCareConnect looks like it would be very valuable, however it has crashed six times in the first 20 minutes of trying to use it. My son has a high fever, and I’ve had NemoursCareConnect crash while: Signing up, entering Insurance info, getting an appointment, and so on. Basically every minu... Show more te or so in use doing anything. Kept trying in order to get a hold of someone to see my son, but to no avail. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment!

Let me know when this works, and I’d love to use it!

I waited for several hours yesterday for a provider and was not connected per customer service likely due to high call volume. Early this morning I was able to be connected with a provider who was very helpful.

Our son is Med Complex and the less exposure the better in his case. We have the option available, and it’s just a little perk in this complicated world .

I have used these physicians since my son was tiny, as a wonderful second set of eyes to a provider mama who always doesn’t trust her first judgement when it comes to her son. I appreciate their kindness, compassion and thorough, comprehensive care.

Brilliant! I’m home with four children alone and really didn’t want to drag my healthy children into a sick room at an urgent care facility or doctors office. This was a perfect alternative, and we were able to diagnose and treat over video chat. Absolutely fabulous, highly recommend.

This visit was extremely simple and easy. NemoursCareConnect is user friendly & efficient it made the visit great! Plus not having to leave home and worry about traffic of being late to the appt was also a plus!

What an amazing service! We live in Port Orange and would have had to travel to Jacksonville about an hour or more away if this wasn’t available. Our appointment was so easy and the doctor was incredible!

Dr. Hasan has expert knowledge of psychiatric medications and pharmacotherapy, she asks very good questions to properly understand and diagnose her patient’s condition(s), and she is very personab... We have consulted with at least a dozen mental health professionals over the years, and Dr. Hasan is simply the best. We would recommend her for anyone’s child or teenager.

NemoursCareConnect is amazing it seriously made things so much easier and helped me feel less anxious about bringing my child home after surgery.
