Every time I try to use DeLonghiCOFFEELINK, I end up feeling so angry and frustrated I just close it for months. I can’t even get my icon to be the right gender! And when I try to delete a profile… Well I can’t even figure out how to delete it. And when I try to just except the profile and make some adjustments to the drink, it doesn’t work. And it doesn’t give me a useful error message to tell me why it doesn’t work. It just doesn’t. I’ve never used an app that’s so frustrating. There is friction in every single step of using DeLonghiCOFFEELINK.

NOTE: “app support” goes to a site that doesn’t load properly on the phone and wants me to go to another site. **Can I just make a nice coffee? No I can’t. DeLonghiCOFFEELINK is a great idea, but 1) I don’t want to register and create a password to use my own coffee machine and 2) it makes me choose a country and log in EVERY TIME. Not fast, not easy, not worth doing. Please make this a smooth process— you already got my $2000, you’re not also getting my email.

…to make an app this bad. Horrible connectivity - seriously, Bluetooth?!? - terrible user interface: slow, unresponsive, buggy, won’t save changes, missing elements/options, and pointless constraints. I don’t care how pretty your icon is for a cortado if I can’t change the variables of what goes into it.

Have tried to register many times - called customer support - they needed to kick to tech support - uploaded copy of receipt per their request - still nothing
Will try calling customer support again but this machine may get sent back

Love the idea of DeLonghiCOFFEELINK but it barely functions, and the last thing anyone wants to do is mess with an app before making a cup of coffee. Bluetooth connection rarely works and customizing brews send to always fail. Basically, not useable.

Cannot make the keyboard disappear to click the continue button!!!!

$1500 machine and an app that freezes and makes you log in again and again. Terrible experience

Extremely buggy and unusable. I am tempted to return the machine due to DeLonghiCOFFEELINK.

Better never use DeLonghiCOFFEELINK.

DeLonghiCOFFEELINK has never connected to my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus. I’ve wasted more time to connect than I care to admit. I’d give it zero stars if I could. By offering a junk app on a $1500 espresso machine, you devalue it and the brand. To give you an idea of how well DeLonghiCOFFEELINK is designed / works… The machine has a settings section for Bluetooth, DeLonghiCOFFEELINK when it can’t connect says make sure your machine is connected to WiFi. So is it WiFi or Bluetooth? I’ll never know, because when I’m done writing this, I’m deleting DeLonghiCOFFEELINK . What a piece of garbage. UPDATE to 4 Stars: So, after fidgeting with DeLonghiCOFFEELINK - open, hard close (swipe up), open…DeLonghiCOFFEELINK finally connected to the machine after 3 days. I’m still unsure why in the world I have to grant DeLonghi location services, but so be it. A warning - if you update a profile, you will lose the female icons on the machine, as they don’t appear (or you can’t get to them) on DeLonghiCOFFEELINK . Also, be prepared to hard close DeLonghiCOFFEELINK (swipe up) as it freezes, or loses the ability to update custom drinks occasionally. Lots of potential here, just poor execution.

I have a De'Longhi Dinamica plus ECAM370.70sb can't get the App to work won't connect.

The Delonghi coffee link app worked really well before they updated it. Now it took me 3 weeks to actually connect with my machine, I can't customise the strength/aroma of my drink, doesn't save changes and takes an eternity to sign in every time. Looks great, great recipes but totally useless. Just go back to the old version and everyone will be happier.

This Coffee Link App can’t find my machine. I looks like I’m not the only one with this issue. Why doesn’t Delonghi seem to care about this??

Hi, get error saying it doesn't recognise the machine. Looks like it has been already registered as pin in Bluetooth setting is not 0000 ..hoe can I connect to it?
