DeLonghiCOFFEELINK has never connected to my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus. I’ve wasted more time to connect than I care to admit. I’d give it zero stars if I could. By offering a junk app on a $1500 espresso machine, you devalue it and the brand. To give you an idea of how well DeLonghiCOFFEELINK is designed / works… The machine has a settings section for Bluetooth, DeLonghiCOFFEELINK when it can’t connect says make sure your machine is connected to WiFi. So is it WiFi or Bluetooth? I’ll never know, because when I’m done writing this, I’m deleting DeLonghiCOFFEELINK . What a piece of garbage. UPDATE to 4 Stars: So, after fidgeting with DeLonghiCOFFEELINK - open, hard close (swipe up), open…DeLonghiCOFFEELINK finally connected to the machine after 3 days. I’m still unsure why in the world I have to grant DeLonghi location services, but so be it. A warning - if you update a profile, you will lose the female icons on the machine, as they don’t appear (or you can’t get to them) on DeLonghiCOFFEELINK . Also, be prepared to hard close DeLonghiCOFFEELINK (swipe up) as it freezes, or loses the ability to update custom drinks occasionally. Lots of potential here, just poor execution.
