Every time I try to use this app, I end up feeling so angry and frustrated I just close it for months. I can’t even get my icon to be the right gender! And when I try to delete a profile… Well I can’t even figure out how to delete it. And when I try to just except the profile and make some adjustments to the drink, it doesn’t work. And it doesn’t give me a useful error message to tell me why it doesn’t work. It just doesn’t. I’ve never used an app that’s so frustrating. There is friction in every single step of using this app.

NOTE: “app support” goes to a site that doesn’t load properly on the phone and wants me to go to another site. **Can I just make a nice coffee? No I can’t. The app is a great idea, but 1) I don’t want to register and create a password to use my own coffee machine and 2) it makes me choose a country and log in EVERY TIME. Not fast, not easy, not worth doing. Please make this a smooth process— you already got my $2000, you’re not also getting my email.

…to make an app this bad. Horrible connectivity - seriously, Bluetooth?!? - terrible user interface: slow, unresponsive, buggy, won’t save changes, missing elements/options, and pointless constraints. I don’t care how pretty your icon is for a cortado if I can’t change the variables of what goes into it.
