Doesnt work 50% of the time

This app lacks functionality 50% of the time. It can lead to very dangerous situations when the app doesnt work depending on the user’s situation.
Our company in germany uses this app and we have many workers who say it doesnt work half the time or it doesnt work at all and others say it works fine.
Good ui though. Lots of customizable options so +1 to 3 stars
Version iPhone out of date

Just bought a new system but through my iPhone the technician wasn’t able to install, the set up only works through Androids at this moment. I hope they can fix this issue.

I’m quite satisfied, there are a few things that could be better with the autolock settings and the sensor magnet could work better with the autolock system. It is not good when you just need to go out with rubbish that is just outside the door and the door locks straight away, should be an option to happen straight away or have a delay by seconds and minutes or if you go a set distance away. And the sensor should disable autolock if the door is open and hasn’t been closed yet. The noise level is also quite loud but one gets used to it over time. I wouæd give it 5 stars if all this would be possible
