NukiSmartLock lacks functionality 50% of the time. It can lead to very dangerous situations when NukiSmartLock doesnt work depending on the user’s situation.
Our company in germany uses NukiSmartLock and we have many workers who say it doesnt work half the time or it doesnt work at all and others say it works fine.
Good ui though. Lots of customizable options so +1 to 3 stars

Just bought a new system but through my iPhone the technician wasn’t able to install, the set up only works through Androids at this moment. I hope they can fix this issue.

I’m quite satisfied, there are a few things that could be better with the autolock settings and the sensor magnet could work better with the autolock system. It is not good when you just need to go out with rubbish that is just outside the door and the door locks straight away, should be an option to happen straight away or have a delay by seconds and minutes or if you go a set distance away. And the sensor should disable autolock if the door is open and hasn’t been closed yet. The noise level is also quite loud but one gets used to it over time. I wouæd give it 5 stars if all this would be possible

I’m using the smart lock for almost 2 month and i like how it handles the lock and unlock but i hope they can add in settings if user want to confirm the lock or unlock to avoid unneeded lock or unlock.

It’s really easy to install. It works beautifully. Just one feature I hope to see: to receive an alert if someone is entering an incorrect pin.

Open door only works sometimes. And it usually it does not work when you are in front of the door and your key is in the bottom of your bag and you hands are full.

NukiSmartLock is user friendly, really easy to use. But there is no specific place to monitor battery life or if I’m not using the nuki battery, how would I know when the battery is about to die.

The automated opening function could be improved. I don’t know why but the Bluetooth connectivity could be improved. The lock is rarely opening automatically once I’m near the home door. I usually need to open NukiSmartLock and unlock it manually.

I always had problems finding my keys.
Feels good to reach home and the door just open!!
At first NukiSmartLock seemed complicated but I was surprised how easily I got my way around.
However would be nice if could put child safety, For the doors not to be able to open manually.

NukiSmartLock works well as does the door lock, but the UI is a bit confusing and unfortunately the HomeKit support relies on Bluetooth and doesn’t use their gateway device.

I got two locks by now, settings are easy and overall support is great. Fitting for EU is more than easy, maybe in the future they can make it look more slim!

Better update after update! Really enjoy the log section to see who opened the door using what key, key fob or soft key or manually. This last function deserves a little more attention to make it more visually attractive. Great job Nuki 👍🏻

I bought the device to make it easier for my family to get in and out of our home. I didn’t know how easy it was going to be to set everything up and start using the lock. I liked it so much I bought the keypad also. NukiSmartLock is easy to use and very capable. Not much else to say.

Have been using the Nuki for two years now. It is very reliable. Have had some bluetooth issues but those were all Apple’s fault, and having the Nuki Bridge meant I could still open the door via wifi.

The only improvement would be HomeKit integration so I could ask Siri to lock/unlock or add to home automation routines.
Till then the ability to auto unlock when nearby and Apple Watch app helps
