How to fix Notebook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Notebook app on iPhone
Update Notebook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Notebook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Notebook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Notebook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Notebook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Notebook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Notebook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Notebook » click [Force Stop]

Update Notebook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notebook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Notebook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Notebook.

Fix Notebook unable to contact server/ Notebook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Notebook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Notebook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Notebook
