Another bad move by HHS

Can you put minus ten stars for a review?? I wish! I have absolutely no idea why on earth that the state of New Mexico changed to Authenticare when the previous payor was 1,000 times better?? its CONDUENT that they need to get rid of! I went into the self directed program to get the therapy that I desperately needed, and it has been a nightmare from day one!! I am someone who knows computers quite extensively, and this entire process has been a nightmare, and CONDUENT was the worst. I have no idea why they changed the payroll people to Authenticare, and it has been almost 7 months and we still are having problems with the Authenticare site, and multiple people are still not signed up! They had a program that was 1/2 right, and it was CONDUENT THAT THEY NEEDED TO CHANGE!! I feel sorry for people that have very little computer experience and are trying to navigate this system!! I has given me more stress than fighting my cancer! It was supposed to be a 3 mo th period to change over, and it took 7 months for mine. Beware if you are changing to self directed as it is a ton of work, and a continual nightmare!!

Why does my password expire and you never let me create another. The 5 star ratings are fake. You remain as evil as you were years ago; update 2021

Your facsist nature is nurtured by your incompetence.
And I am sure you blame others and claim no resposibility for the difficulties you create. As you revel in ( represive authoritarian capitalist conservative &tc ) ideals. You make trouble for low wage care givers and the people they care for. This is your goal. Your broken "app" could not survive in a free market; only via politicals bent on keeping us in slavery.

You claim every right to keep track of me with total indemnity for your crimes. And make me pay you and submit to your fascist lawyers. I will not enumerate dozens of fixes, just to make you a more capable government agent.

Maybe someone ignores your demand to update and does not suffer thereby.

I did update then fixed the update with management at office then made sure it worked. Now still and again it does not. e. g. error application update required

I hate you not so much that you cost me time and money. Moreso that you ( like DMV and Q-Link ) predictably demand impossible to do tasks. I am helpless to fix or fight you. Being around you often makes me sick. I do not love capitalism but capitalism would certainly extinguish you if we had it and that would be great.

So many phone calls

I cannot even tell you how many t you mean I’ve had to call to have problems fixed, from being locked out due to “wrong password” or clients not pulling up due to authorization failures even though it’s confirmed to be authorized on Both ends. The frustration and time consumption it takes to use and “fix problems “ is not worth it. Also time doesn’t accrue. The time spent has to be at least 8 min or it’s like it never happened. Some errands just don’t take that long. Upset clients and upset workers all across the board. Not to mention the stress of having to do manual entries every week due to the problems. What a pain to say the least.

I never write reviews. That’s how bad this is.

Terrible interface. I usually sign in with my worker ID and Face ID. Today, this process was interrupted due to security changes—ok. Turns out I supposedly don’t remember my password. Ok. Upon entering my worker ID in the forgot password field, AuthentiCare20 tells me that my ID doesn’t exist. What??? What else is curious is that there is no record of my credentials for AuthentiCare20 in my saved passwords in my settings. Even if logging in with Face ID is no longer an option, theoretically that shouldn’t influence other info on my phone, right? All in all a twelve year old could have built a better app.

Nevada AuthentiCare

I have had nothing but problems with this site since we started. There’s either issues with logging in/out and duplicate times being recorded for the same times for the same client. Also how is it that you have a log out time recorded but the log in time is not recorded? I don’t understand. I haven’t been able to log in as an administrator for the past 2 days and tech support has been working on it and they seem to not know how to fix the issue. Frustrating and I can’t even check to see if everyone checked in on time nor I can add new employees to be able to check in/out.

Patient care plan

Is there anyway you can download care plan’s on here? It would save so much time & paper. Is there any way on AuthentiCare20 you could put on the task, member not home? It would save me time on letting my supervisor know that I wasn’t there on a certain day.
So far I like AuthentiCare20, I haven’t had a lot of trouble with it, just a few times I couldn’t clock in. Other than that I like it.

Check in and out

I have had nothing but problems checking in. and checking out. I will check in and then when I check out it doesn’t show that I checked in. It even duplicated my time from when I clocked in the day before and put the same check in and out time on the next day. I’ve been questioned by my administrator and I have been shorted on my payrol. AuthentiCare in my opinion is the worst way to track employees timesheets. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. I depend on my time and money to be accurate and AuthentiCare is not reliable at all.

My app

I have been using AuthentiCare20 for 2 months. I only had 1 issue where I had to force my time to end. Other than that I love AuthentiCare20 it’s better than a time sheet and I feel more comfortable with this system I’m getting my pay correctly now than before. If you practice and get familiar with AuthentiCare20 you will see the greater benefit from AuthentiCare20

Clock ins

AuthentiCare20 is horrible I worked 14 hrs in one day clocked in and out. When I received my check it did not recognize I had worked 14 it only paid me for 6. What a mess
You don’t have the option to see your password when u type it in.
I like to see my hours for the week to not get screwed again. To writ it down in my note book.

Check in invalidation

This program is so full of holes it’s unnerving. Now it won’t validate my check in times, so that invalidates the whole day. Today, Monday the 6th, did it it again & I had to do a force check out. Last time it showed no problem except the “ success” notification didn’t appeared, but it did showed check in and out, but that whole Friday was invalid. Horrible program. Let’s go back to paper please! Or give us a better program. Does anyone reads the ratings?!

More work for the underpaid

Fails to register some check-ins -nothing there upon attempting to log-out.
Does not show accurate dates for visits, shows them on the days prior and/or after and user is unable to discern hours worked on a given day. Particularly problematic when hours are the same on consecutive days.

Option to skip confirmation by client is too close to option to confirm visit, and if thumb on smart phone misses the desired tab, there is no “go back” option.

There is no way to fix anything once submitted.

Sometime quits unexpectedly.

Does not have feature to total hours by week/month/pay-period for the user, nor does it have a way for a user to determine if client has remaining approved hours in a week/month before starting a shift.

Lots of more minor issues. Waste of Medicaid $.

Interactive Self Guided Instruction

It would be extremely helpful if AuthentiCare20 offered pop up instructions to help new hires learn how to check in/out successfully. Maybe arrows or highlights showing the next steps would help eliminate errors and reduce the time management spends trying to walk someone through AuthentiCare20 . Some aides are older and not as tech savvy and need guidance.. if AuthentiCare20 has a feature to self direct it would make check ins so much easier...

Consumer Direct.

This is the most unprofessional way to track time that I have ever experienced in the working environment. There is no way to look at time reported no way to edit transactions which is a benefit for the company not to pay you. Your expected to do a form which is another way not to pay you. It’s awful I have so much back pay that is earned for work completed. You need another day just to do paperwork. It’s ridiculous

Newest update

The update that happened 4 days ago has made AuthentiCare20 more difficult to use. My clients cannot sign because the function of overlapped layers has made it so the top layer slides down, causing my employees to have to start over with the checking out process over and over again.

Please fix this ASAP.

Worse app ever

I don’t know why the state of South Carolina is using AuthentiCare20. It always buffers, it doesn’t document my staff time consistently, and is just worthless. I have lost so many staff because in the state of South Carolina a staff can only have 14 errors when logging on to this worthless app. Once they reach 14 and if they continue to have mistakes they will not get paid for it because the state will not pay me. I hate it!

terrible app

this is a terrible app!!! Not efficient are easy in any way. always crashing It’s or experiencing some kind of problems which create A LOT of extra time and energy when we have to fill out lots of hard copy paper work then find a way to submit hard copies in order to get paid for our hours. It can be quite the stressor for people on disability!

Cant make notes

I do not like the fact that you can’t make notes and that the family members can’t not see it. You have no to put mileage or drive time for those who need it. There are some many changes you could do to AuthentiCare20 to make it so much better.

Bad app

AuthentiCare20 is so bad. Everytime I use it it glitches. It locks me out, it gives me error messages, I've called tech support daily, uninstalled and reinstalled.....this service needs a better app developer or something! Considering it's a medical work app - it really should operate normally. It's been extremely frustrating and is wasting time on my shift having to deal with this

Caregiver

Always issues with AuthentiCare20 logging in or out will freeze up. Have to Look Up each patient everyday, appointments should be on there to click on. Some patients can be looked up by name other’s Medicaid number. That takes a lot of extra steps. There should also be a total of hours per day or week accessible for each patient or at least hours worked.

Broken

After AuthentiCare20 disappeared from the store when multiple fix attempts were made, once it came back it doesn’t work at all. I’m able to log in and clock in alright, but when I go to clock out my shift has disappeared entirely. For over the past week I have to call every day to have my time stamps fixed. Resetting AuthentiCare20 and clearing it has done absolutely nothing.

Bugs that need to be fixed

I’ve had a few times where I clock in and when I get ready to clock out it doesn’t show up. Also I can clock in and when I clock out, I have to do it a few times. Then the location on it isn’t always correct.

Notes

I wrote notes on my clients and when I went back to review them none of the notes were saved to my visits. Otherwise I like the changes made. Was I suppose to do something other than press submit in order to save notes. Pls advise

I don’t have any idea how long AuthentiCare20 came to the market, it does has a lot of issues, (bugs) since I been using, all the time have problems to login or logout. No trusting application, special the all personal information is involved. I don’t have choice my company is the one using. Hope my company looks for a better company to work on.

AuthentiCare20 could be great if they completely fixed AuthentiCare20 . I have missing time and it double clock me in, now it won’t clock out m, so my check are short and I don’t know who to contact cause there is no number😡😡😡😡

AuthentiCare20 Was Working Perfectly Fine Before The New Update. Now It Won’t Allow Me To Clock In/Out. The Numbers And Letters Aren’t Even Popping Up! Crazy Thing Is, I Just Used It This Morning To Clock In BEFORE I Updated It.

This app is garbage. There is no way in hell an elderly person could possibly know how to use this. I have a degree and an 159 IQ and its damn near impossible to navigate the endless drivel of garbage needed to use this shit.
