This is no mistaking it a real good game. Sure there is the whole gem spending and stuff and can get annoying but that is not enough to throw you off the game if you really like it. What is enough to make me leave the game is the community itself. It is just like Five Nights at Freddy’s. Not a bad game at all, just a cringe community. The game moderators don’t do anything too, hey favor the big guys here that act like jerks. This game is just filled with people who think this is what real war is like and that they would make the best five star generals. So pretty much, General Wannabe reporting for duty. So if you want to take my word for this game. I’d say give it a shot, but don’t spend too much and be ready to leave whenever possible. I never spent nothing in this game and was about ready to until I realized how bad the community was that I just left. Had me reeled in for almost 3 months though. Maybe more.

I really want to give this game 5 stars after playing for 2 years... but there are some major flaws. First off the tutorial completely misrepresents the game. Combine this with the fact there is zero separation between players of different ranks and the toxic community, this game is HOSTILE to new players. The game is also so terribly pay to win that whoever wins a field comes down to whoever is willing to pay more wether it be for instant armies, shields, or just gemming cities and turrets back until the attacker either gives up or dies. It is also completely clear that whatever the developers say about this they have ZERO intentions of changing it because they are DROWNING in the money that players will dish out for officers, gems, and bundles that gives players an edge. Alternative accounts or “alts” as they are called run rampant because turrets are useless when you have one account with endless scout planes keeping them busy while a main account spams bombers, m40s, or battleships depending on the map. I really love this game but it’s obvious the developers became satisfied with the money they’re making and only occasionally give players a new troop or mode which is almost always broken for a large group of players and has zero impact on gameplay because people still spam bombers and artillery even if the map or rules is slightly different. Address these problems and the game will become significantly more fun.

My favorite IOS game, in this the video doesn’t lie, you get to take the other people out completely, also the community is very unique just find a active league, be active and you’ll learn how to play in no time. I have had this game for a couple years and the only thing is that I suggest for new players to have a small 10-20 city practice map that runs of off the phone itself. The further you go out the better the cities, just make it like the rebels and SS with no AI to test new strategy etc. Also for those who complain, this is meant to be slow paced and honestly there’s the new Blitz map conking out with 5x unit speed and 2x resource collection speed, and finding gemmers is rare because gems don’t make a huge difference, but they do help you a lot. Thank you to the devs and creators for such an amazing game, there is no true strategy game that beats this one. I

This game is awesome thanks to the developers this game is my favorite ww2 game yet! But I wish there was more especially when it comes to fortifications and defenses of territory,this is just a suggestion but at least in my opinion I think that maybe you should be able to build trenches around a city as well as limited walls that have low health. The trenches can only house infantry but the infantry can have access to machine guns and maybe AT weapons that can be fired within the trenches but the trenches can be destroyed with artillery or bombers. Once again just a suggestion but I love this game a lot and this game is already great the reason I say this is because I realized that when I was fighting an enemy player it was difficult for both him and i to defend properly and besides ww2 was fought using mainly trench warfare also see if you can add landing crafts

Ok so I love the game early game great use of the units on how stugs will damage building but lose to other tanks and how the building works and how battlefields reset I just ask that many you could make it easier for just starting leagues because I played with a friend and we almost won with the two of us multiple times but got gunned down by a league with 20 active players also could you make a que for people they don’t won’t pay to wins also I have been reading the reviews you have fixed some problems but some you will just ignore and respond thanks and we will tell the devs it would be nice for actual responses thanks I love your game and all of the maps

I sincerely thank the creators of world warfare for creating a genuine game that engages players in a way that many other games on the market fail to do. I’m not one to write reviews for games, and I’m also not one to spend money on games. Yet here I am with all the praise in the world for a game I have willingly paid for. I have enjoyed all my time on world warfare and I am excited when every update is announced. Like I said this is the only app I have ever paid money on for in game purchases and I have always been content with my purchases here. This is a fun game and I recommend it to all. The only thing I would add is an offline mode against computers rather than people so you don’t need to be on all the time. But as is, it is by far my favorite game out there, and I know I will continue to play it for a long time to come.

I played this game two years ago and got back into it the last week. Everything is still as good as it was before. The mechanics are fine as well as the general gameplay. My only recommendation is that auto translation be implemented into the game. It’s difficult understanding private conversations with players. I understand that it isn’t exactly that easy to just add in due to the large amount of languages but if it could be looked into or add one at a time slowly over time then it will be great. Maybe try to find the top languages that are activated on your game and learn to translate that language to another in a separate update. Take your time, it doesn’t cause too much of a problem. Just thought it would be a good idea to add that.

I love this game, I play it a lot, but not as much because I don’t have 8 days to stay in a battle that much, so here’s an idea you should look at: players should creat a custom match for their league and/or their friends, just you and your friends facing off against each other, same game mechanics and same maps to choose from, set up how many days the battle will be, and custom matches will not effect your progress. I think a lot of people will try this and will start playing this game more and more since now they can set up their own time. I think it’s a great idea, you guys should take this into consideration. Thank you, I still love your game.
(Edit) 2-18 players should be able join to start a match, the rest of the city’s can be AI. Please take this inter consideration

This game is actually my favorite game but needs one change a ranked battle field because once your over a certain rank you can’t play cadet mode and your forced into a match with people that have 5 years + of experience and in my eyes experience which leds to research really benefits people that have been playing a while. It would hurt to add a game mode where it’s lik global war but fewer people in a match instead of 20 people per league because a small league might have 10-15 players and always be outnumbered. This game could really be unbeatable if it was made a little fairer few newer people. I will give credit to the people who made cadets there own map but there should be some maps to help others. I really love this game I was looking for a military style game for a long time to play. I tried a lot of games and then one day I found this game. I played this game on the first week it came out and I loved it. I really loved the real time gameplay with is like no other games I have played. I also love that you can make ally and my favorite part about this game is that they have bomber planes that is the one thing I wanted to be in a game. Thank you for making things get you really deserve much more people playing this game. Also nuclear weapons would be a good idea. Maybe people can unlock them at a very high headquarters level and you can add different types of nukes like a hydrogen bomb or chemical bomb or every Anti-matter bomb.

This games fun! They really need to add an option of hardcore battlefields where you can play with out gems or officers! Everything else could easily stay the same and we’d grow this game with that addition. Also they need to update the servers as they can’t withstand big battles. You’ll experience lag issues or get booted all together and not be able to log back in until all your troops are dead!!! It’s super frustrating I’ve been playing 5+ years now and really enjoy the game but please fix lag issues and let us prove our commanding expertise with a hardcore battlefield null of gemming and officers! You will gain more people to play bring back old players and in the end continue to take all our money just by these few improvements

It didn’t always use to be about gemming lc to control the map. But that’s what it is now. The starting maps are still fun since players won’t spend much money but later on u end up playing with the whales and it’s a spend fest where one side gives up entirely. Players constantly joke about being paid by devs but it’s mostly the end of game rewards they get being spent on the next one until it’s a constant cycle where they spend just enough to get the end of round bonus for the next map. As a new group or player you cannot hope to complete against tat cycle without spending hundreds if not more money to gem at the same rate at speeding up tech and units. The bonus and tech tree can be sorta considered pay to win but generally it’s a slow process that will take only a few years to max out with casual gameplay.

I have had this game for a long time and I used to enjoy it but lately it just is not fun. the problem is that there are to many micro transaction that affect gameplay. There are 3 different tech trees that can be upgraded faster with real money, and there are officers which can only be bought with real money. Before buying gems gave you an advantage but it didn’t mean you would still definitely win. Example between me and 2 allies we had around 300 mostly heavy units. Some guy dropped 7 m40. 7!!!!! And managed to kill all 300 units in a couple of minutes. All 3 of us are experienced players who have higher lvl units from playing and 7 troops killed 300 of ours. If that is possible there is just no reason to even bother with this game. In my opinion it is the officers that make or break the game somebody who has them has an EXTREME advantage over somebody who doesn’t and that doesn’t matter how much gold you spend on upgrading your units

It’s a perfect game that is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time and I am very pleased with it, it is well made and easily played. And is very variable when it comes to gameplay and you can do as you wish at any time. But I do have one question, in blitzkreig mode could the train and production times of the units be decreased by 25% or even 50%? This would help especially since this mode is to be fast paced. If not I understand, and I want to thank the devs for not being greedy and making it to where you don’t need to use in app purchases to proceed. If you could take that into consideration I’d be more than happy. Thanks!

I really like this game, and it is great fun but I had a slight problem with it. It wasn’t the gameplay or anything in game. It is that the game heats up my phone a lot. I have a case on it so I don’t feel it as much but when I started to notice an took off the case it was much hotter but not burned. It’s not a big problem for me since it doesn’t affect the gameplay and I know what very high quality games can do to other devices like heat it up. I am just saying this so that way people aren’t to surprised if is happens to them. I am not sure if the heat might damage your phone but other wise the game is great.

This game is very fun, very social, very entertaining and very addicting. But there is a major issue which ruins all 4 of the topics I mentioned and is why I only gave the game a 3 star. With hundreds of hours played across 3 years now I’ve noticed the only way to win is with artillery and bomber spam. There are no real counters expect for who has more artillery or bombers, who’s bombers/artillery are higher leveled, and placement. Other than this there is no real way to enjoy the end game since it’s the only way to succeed greatly. Early on in matches are fun due to the diversity in armies and simple warfare. But soon after it is a chaotic artillery and bomber spam that cannot be countered especially if you don’t have any of your own. Makes the other troops useless and gameplay stale after a while.

I downloaded this game a little over two years ago. It was a very good game at the time with a few bugs. I got bored of it so I quit it for about six months. I was bored and remembered this game and redownloaded it. It is much more fun now. The devs are really helpful. The game has a few bugs every once and a while but mostly it works smoothly. I rate this a five star game. It is very enjoyable and I have made some friends with league and all the chats. I would highly recommend this game to anyone interested in a strategy type war game. It is probably one of the best apps in the world in my opinion. Overall this game is almost perfect besides a few bugs.

This game is a fun, but slow pace game. I think people who love this game would agree that all this game needs is a boost on ideas and there is plenty on the community. Now I'm not saying that you should just accept any idea. Instead you should pick the most favorable ones. But another thing is that you don't have anybody on the forum. You can fix that by just advertising it or even better MAKE IT MORE NOTICEABLE. Just by putting on a direct link on a larger box on the home screen. Don't make it say just forum but maybe make another link for ideas specifically. I hope you see where I'm going with this. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this game at the beginning, but I realized that 8days of game time is a really long time. As a student, I simply do not have 8 to live like a psychopath locked in a room playing this game for a week and a day. Not only that is a waste of time, that ruins my daily life pattern. If you are gonna make a game long 8 days, at least don’t make this one of those wasting time game because I have to be online all day long to actually get to top 10. I feel like there are some pay to wins, but this is the biggest problem I have experienced so far, and also the reason why I am not playing this game anymore. My point is this game should not be a all day long active required game or reduce the game from 8 days to maybe 3 days

This game is a really good game. I am just now returning to this. I loved it in the past but then I went afk for a while. When I finally got back on like all players were like all inactive. I am a returning player. I uninstalled it. I reinstalled it. And now I find it like more amazing than when I left. This outclasses most other games like this. I think that there should be like and advantage if your defending like your city or something. That would make this game like the most historically accurate. Thanks!
