The game is great. Its got a lot of aspects to keep you playing for a very long time. Competitive and easy to spend money. But at the same time, you can easily keep up with others if you play for free. Ive noticed very few bugs. Which is great for an app.

I think i would like to see more tutorials on things. More how-tos would be great. I think that some things could be a little bit more informative as to what some upgrades offer when it comes to alliance buildings. As an example: How do you gain access to more items in alliance shop when buying items with coins?

Some ideas that I think might be worth mentioning:
1. Carrier levels above 5.
2. Make more mines and anti air available to build for alliances.
3. Having a choice of country your admiral belongs to. This would give you access to different ships, aircraft, etc. Think along the lines of command and conquer.
4. Adding in Helicopters, hovercraft.
5. Being able to upgrade specific parts of units. Examples: larger fuel tanks to increase jet move distance. Uranium shells for tanks for more damage.
6. Maybe adding a stealth buff. You would not be visible to anyone outside of alliance during movement. Would go away once you attack or when time expires (whichever comes first).

I spend a lot of money in this gam it’s fun! But the bps we get all is chit u not getting what u want or need it called luck! Lol I’m not happy because I spend over $6700 dollars I can send the receipt to if necessary? N try to get jet bps nothing in it it’s just 100 gold many many things like that ? Set I will enjoy if we get the better stuff I’m hq 29 lvl n still getting low level stuff! Try a get better quality ships n jets it’s almost impossible I was keep putting money in it lol to grow developers or my base n ships? Long story short this is ripping of the people n I started this game 6 or 7 months! Basically a$1000 a month I spend n I have good jet’s n ships but ?! No bps or upgrade stuff lol it’s not funny n it’s hurt the peoples financially if you guys or developers don’t tack action on this kind of matter we will look forward to get our money back! I’m still playing this game have a lot of good friends we found, we know each other now better with phone numbers n emails we will take n action sorry joy city but I’m telling you all true stuff! This is the wrong game for you, if you’re someone who likes to spend a little money on a game. You will probably receive the items that you purchase from the store, but you most certainly will not receive any bonuses or promotions. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen in any game. They offer absolutely nothing in compensation for promotions that are clearly advertised on the company‘s Facebook page. This is a very disorganized company, with a little interest in supporting the game, and no intention to follow through On the delivery of promised bonus items (rewards for spending a certain amount of money, or buying different packages). If you are free to play - 100%, then you can have a little fun in this game up to HQ level 13 or so. After that upgrades become so expensive that you’ll struggle to have enough resources. The base itself barely provides anything, And mining gives barely enough to cover some minor ship and plane repairs.

Also very toxic environment. People attack for no resource gain. You don’t stand a chance unless you’re Korean. Korean company and majority of players. Now we have some random tax that takes 30%-50% of what your base produces. Seems like the ultimate money grab. Game isn’t making enough money, so invent some tax to make you spend more.

When are you guys going to respond I have submitted two inquiries in the past 4 days to your website with no response,I absolutely love this game but I feel like I have to give you a bad review just to get a response so someone can fix with the update broke. Server 2014 one of myIndependence class ships was reset after being limit broken at level 11 all the way to a regular level one independence class ship, after checking with my alliance members no one seems to have had a similar error I would really like if you guys could take the time to respond to me and repair my ship if you could. Ironically the ship that was reset to level one is at level three now because I waited so long for someone to even answer back or tell me what can be done to repair. I hope I don’t sound like too much of a nag I really do enjoy this game I’ve been playing it for nearly 2 years now please fix this problem for me

Just like you asked I put in a fourth inquiry and still have yet to get a response... or even a confirmation number or email why?

The game starts out ok but you end up having high level players constantly attacking lower level players and destroying their bases and stealing all of their resources until that player quits the game. If you persevere and get to a higher level, the hard way without spending money to buy cheat packs, you will be targeted by the highest level alliances for destruction and theft of resources. I was targeted by the highest level group called Korean History and attacked 90 times within a three hour period. What happens is that you end up having 2 or 3 alliances that control every server and who go around raiding lower level players for supplies on a constant basis. I have seen many alliances destroyed and hundreds of players leave out of frustration. This game could be better if attacks were limited to a reasonable number and players weren’t hounded out of existence. Play at your own risk but don’t waste your money buying upgrade packs as everything will just be stolen by the highest level alliances.

The game is great, I had a lots of fun on the first week of playing, I joined an alliance and make friend with others people, everyone was nice and they all enjoyed the game. The game doesn’t require you to pay in order to be strong, I’m only level 12 and yet I was able to take on armada that are 3-4 level higher than me, the key is to research and upgrade your ship. If you’re struggle to take on a strong opponent, ask your allies for help if you can. I love the ship to ship combat in this game, but I wish I can do it while I attack armada base too, also, can you guys give us control over vehicles, if not at least let us control the formation. Finally, I want to know if I can add in my own custom art into the game so I can put it on to my aircraft carrier. Overall 10/10 game.

I’ve played this game for several months now. When it works, it works pretty well. If they do an upgrade, it tends to lock out apple users for a day or 2. If a Admirals Day happens and you are locked out, you will lose millions in resources, and spend thousands in gold to restore yourself. That may be by design to boost revenues for the game makers, but giving 50 gold as compensation after a player spent 3500 to repair themselves is just insulting! I play still because I have several friends on here who also play. The game truly favors Korean players, as I believe the game is Korean made. Compensations favor them, and they always seem to be the strongest alliances with the best carriers and aircraft. 2 Korean players who did the .99 chance for the strongest carrier got them on the 1st try, even though the odds are astronomically against that. So potential players beware, unless you are Korean, you are at a disadvantage from the start.

After playing this game for some time now, and spending a good amount of real money....Im changing my 5 star review. My advice is don’t download this game. This is a “ forced play” situation game. If you take some time off and dont sign in, they destroy everything you built. This is the second time my alliance has been disbanded and all assets that took months to acquire have vanished. After the first time, I rebuilt from nothing.... And it just happened again. I dont join the big asian guilds and fight the world wars,,,, Im retired navy.... and I just play with my two grandkids,,
We are our own alliance. Period. The kids dont live with me...so there are times we don’t sign on for a few days. Our bases got bumped a few times requiring gold to move it back to the group, but... if no one signs in for several days the developers destroy everything you had build. They force you to sign in, if you dont they punish you. Im done. I have never seen a game treat its audience like this.

I like this game it has a unique experience and unique features compared to some other games out there However there is one thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star and that is the alliance names are way too picky like I was using completely family-friendly words but it kept saying that they were banned however if you change this I will 100% guaranteed give it a five star rating goodbye

Why is all the stuff you need to fight with prices are so high that it supposed to be a game and be simple so trying to try to figure out how to get money to pay for the game I thought the game was to be played without trying to pay out all kinds of money to get the game going I like the game your stuff is so high need to drop them and make when you win something you win good stuff a lot of it not just a little piece of this a little piece of that I don’t help when you go in your ships up but I do like the game nowHow come the cost so much. I actually read these are what gets you like roof ripping off good hard-working people you’re always after their money that’s not how you play a game to have fun not to be trying to get money to support you guys have it

I just can’t play this game anymore and you shouldn’t either. Pay to play is out of control, suspect upgrading going on with some players accelerating through the levels at impossible speeds. Bugs and terrible lag destroying game play, even the updates would cause issues with starting the game. As others have mentioned sponsorship of certain groups must be taking place due to impossible numbers being posted on some leaderboards and since server merge Admirals of similar levels see Koreans with ships 2 levels above where they are available to other nations. My confidence in any Joycity product at the moment is zero. Blatant racism by Koreans on 2006 server (MRI) goes unchecked by JoyCity, reported talk of genocide and profile pics of Hitler, still nothing. Disgrace.

I like this game. Easy to play. I do find that big spenders have lots more power then free to play. Maybe you could separate the big spenders with free to play players. Maybe put them in different servers or something. I remember during the 2nd year anniversary we could see all servers Combat Power, which was really cool. I would like to see that become a permanent feature. I would also like it to be easier to get loads of stamina. I like exchange events they should come more often maybe every month of every two months or something like that.

This is literally my first review on any app since I been using iPhone since 2010. With that being said, the reviews I’ve read after already playing for 5 days basically highlighted what just happened to me right now. GunshipBattleTotalWarfare was working fine until the most recent update, and now I’m no longer able to launch GunshipBattleTotalWarfare . GunshipBattleTotalWarfare constantly crashes as it attempts to launch, and now I’m wonder if I will have to delete and potentially lose my progress in the process, as so many others before me had to do. If I have to delete GunshipBattleTotalWarfare for it to work n it turns out I lose my progress, then it’s RIP to this game. Fortunately I can say that I was able to get to level 19 without spending a dime with a playing time of only 6 total days of logging in.

Been playing this game for 63 days. I’ve done fairly well and like the graphics, features, and various ways to build your base. Game only gets better if you are willing to spend a lot of money. Like 3-4 hundred dollars to get to level 26. My biggest complaint is the terrible communication on world war event. And your “user guide” needs to have advanced player section. FB account is only updated when you do maintenance and the. Only minutes beforehand. Maintenance is too frequent and compensation for downtime should be more substantial. Fun game overall. But developers should consider more US friendly times to update. Lastly, your sensoring software for chat is ridiculous. For example the words “Noticed”, “gets” are not foul words. Thanks

It’s been nearly 2 weeks since 5 of my best ships, 3 of my best jets and 2200 IFV went out on deployment during city conquest and they never returned. They show as being deployed when I have no active deployments. I’ve sent in tickets to JoyCity and all I get is a response saying it’s been handed to a development team (2 weeks ago) and still no reply or updates. After reaching out to them the other day they politely asked that I send in no more tickets and continue to wait patiently. I’ve spent over $1000 on this game and it’s a shame to be treated like this, to be completely ignored. If you read the most critical reviews on this game you will see that I am not the only one with this problem. So, if you do play that’s cool and you will have fun. But if you dump money in this game, be prepared to loose what you’ve paid into.

The game is good with one fatal flaw, it it’s geared toward the players who can and will spend $25,000 USD to max out. Once this happens on your sever they will kill server in a matter of days to weeks. You have no chance vs a level 30 or 31 player and they will just keep on attacking forcing you to quit because you will NOT be able to build, they will just keep hitting you and your alliance taking away all your resources, before you know it your just spending to repair. Strange that they have no balance system. The devs cater to the wealthy and don’t care if hundreds leave the server. They would rather keep 1 player spending 25K than 250 spending $100, even though once maxed there is no point on spending anymore cash. If you have the cash it’s a good game, I loved it, played on 2 servers, one took 100 days before it was killed off, other server took 30 days.

Amazing game, with all the battles and stuff, but I usually lag out on the opening battle sequence, so make mobile a bit lower graphics because I have tried deleting other games but it still has a lot of lag. Now to the new ship type. Everybody has only three types of ships, making strategy unneeded in most battles because your bound two have at least two different types so you can counter everything effectively. In order to make people think more strategically, I suggest adding at least one new ship type.
No, I’m not going to suggest battleship because I know this game is modern. Instead, I am going to suggest the cruiser.
Cruiser types I suggest are

Kirov: I know this one is a battlecruiser but it still has cruiser in the name

We have Ticonderoga right?

That’s all I recommend but you can choose the rest
I’m sure you will do a better job then me

Also maybe add an epic carrier

Please consider this request because even though it will take a lot of work, it will pay off in the end.

I would really like to log on one day and see a Kirov class in the shipbuilding menu.

Great game over all

Upgrading clothing seems to be very limited, gathering necessary items to upgrade the equipment seems to be very limited, downgrade chances are very high and chances of losing your equipment are very high. You also cannot upgrade equipment before the maintenance of GunshipBattleTotalWarfare was done. You also don’t have the ability to add more abilities for each of your admirals’ equipment via upgrade or combining equipment to make inventory become less crowded and more useful. I am very disappointed with the maintenance on GunshipBattleTotalWarfare. At least the previous version was a whole lot better. Also I forgot to mention that I downgraded from VIP level 10 to level 9 and I have absolutely no idea and no reason why this has occurred.

Prior to the newest update where they sliced CP for non-spending players, I was 200M combat power in the top alliance in my server. Now my power has been reduced by 70M and I spent money to build it up in the first place. I am extremely disappointed with how I’ve exerted all of my energy in climbing up the ranks to have all that I’ve built and gotten used to taken from me. I have been playing for over two years, but I think this update has ended my future with GunshipBattleTotalWarfare! I will be off to a newer app where they don’t have these problems, because let’s face the biggest fact here: Base building games only work for so long until the spenders take over, that moment was today for many of us. This game has been ruined, if you are thinking about downloading it, look elsewhere.

I love this game! It is one of those strategy games that are all over GunshipBattleTotalWarfare Store. But this one is better because it has battles you can watch like air battles were you can your planes fighting other planes. And battleship battle were you can watch the fight. But the land battles are just a replay of you watching the battle from a drone or something. In the beginning of the game they showed a land battle thing were tanks were fighting but I never saw that again. I’m not sure wether I’ve never reached a level high enough to see that but I wish I was. Please add it!😫 It is a great game anyway! 👍👍👍

First started the game two years ago, at first it was fun then the cheating and hacking started and still continues. The developers response is always “send me a screenshot or video of your issue”🙄🙄 players do not record and snap pictures of their gaming time! I’ve watched players get a lvl 5 nimitz at HQ lvl 30 and have typhoon lvl 40s in a weeks time. I’ve watched players CP increase rapidly in a matter of a week. Yes I’ve also spent an enormous amount of money on the game and have not grown as rapidly. I’ve participated in WW where players were stationed at center and reinforced other players yet they were able to freely move their ACC while their fleets were still deployed. There is so much cheating and hacking going on in the game and all it appears the developers are concerns with is making the game a casino game. Those with hacking and cheating abilities jump server to server bullying. Until JC gets a handle on this and stop being more concerned in their stocks the game is going to steady in its decline and continue to be one sided in favor of the Koreans who noticeably are the biggest hacks and cheaters. I mean others are cheating too but it appears Koreans are leading that race. If it’s easy for me to run programs and detect the cheating, it’s just as easy for the devs
