mSpy Status

My subscription showed on my dashboard expires Nov. 2, 2023 not sure what time that would take place, the time hasn't be accurate since my first purchase on July 13, 2023. But I renewed my subscription on Nov. 2, 2023 I received my confirmation email said renewal was successful, my new subscription expire date now shows Jan. 25, 2024. But it is still stuck on Nov. 2nd, 2023 as the last update still asking me to EXTEND my subscription when I open the dashboard. I do NOT have access to my childs phone at this time and won't until about the time my subscription will expire, it is very important that I am able to watch over her while she is away. Please help get this fixed, please. Thanks so very much in advance. HP

mspy recorded a location I was not present at. why?

App is absolute crap. Will not load. Have done everything support has said yet still shows no information at all. Waste of money and I will he reporting this

Hasn't worked only exported data & updated once. Now says no data & update in progress for over a month

Not able to play videos from the video section

The app’s statistics option is saying it only works on android devices??? Isn’t it supposed to work on iOS? It’s only giving me kids contact and location, I didn’t buy this for that??

keylogger, whatsapp, messenger and instagram etc..... not working videos and photos available but not showing contacts, Calls and SMS are working only. Every time we ask for help from support, they ask us to reinstall the app, it's been installed tens of times with the same results.

I have been trying to get this program to work for over a week. I paid for the customer service phone call, and my call got disconnected, nothing was solved, and I was not called back. But I was charged for the phone call. Just an awful product so far. The chat has not been helpful at all. I was given instructions, followed them 100% and is still wont work. Extremely disappointed with this product.

I installed mspy on the target device and on first 2 days it was getting updated.....from 3rd day onwards only call history GPS location and SMS gets updated.... Whatsapp instagram keylogger messenger screen recorder all stopped updating from 3rd day of installation....this is ridiculous..... I paid for mspy only for whatsapp insta and keylogger and dat doesn't function now

Screen recorder works forw a few days and stops. Have uninstalled/reinstalled and it keeps stopping...phone is fully updated and running version 10 on Android.

My account is updating and has had the same info for 3 days

I cannot see social media messages especially WhatsApp! I paid for this software and WhatsApp and Snapchat are the main ones I needed to be able to see as this is my 13 year old child's phone!

Just paid for this, installed it yesterday morning. Facebook messenger doesn't update! Screen recorder doesn't work either. It's very frustrating because Facebook messenger was almost the entire reason I paid $50.00 for this. This is ridiculous

Screen recorder worked for 2 days and stopped working. Tried troubleshooting all their "solutions" and nothing. This is a waste of money.

Ii log in and it stays on mspy.. not connecting at all

I installed the app in the target phone, it started sending data for an hour and then stopped. What is your advice? should I reinstall or do I need some permission to check. it's urgent and thank you

Please the whatsapp is not working, and that one is more important for me. And secondary it work for only one week.

This app it’s a completely wast of time, I paid for this but there some tools that does not work, screenrecord for exemple, it works for few days and then just stop…… and it happens also for the updates for the app, my one works for few days and then stop updating without any reason 🤦🏻‍♂️ Please, fix this up!! It’s unacceptable pay for the app and receive this result …

It does not work from the beginning. I contacted mspy to cancel the subscription. They denied.

There is no update for 24H. Phone is connected and checked. Update settings are for 15 min. Just start using it and having problems already

No contacts and unable to view any chat, history on web or anything else. Looks like it is ONLY location and not real or close to real time. Is there anything missing?

MSpy has not been seeing the apps or contacts since I installed it.

Trash Never updates. No sync

My mSpy is no longer connecting and even when it did, I didn't get half of the information I was promised. No photos, what'sapp, all emails, videos, Facebook, etc. What can I do?

Mspy is not updating and its not been working properly since I installed. Screenrecorder, instagram, whatsapp, tinder, email, photos and videos do not work at all/ show any info. The program became extremely delayed and now is saying to contact mspy
