1 year agoI have over 27,000 points. I have tried repeatedly (even with B-Dubs staff) to work through the issue. I have lived around computers for years. I am 100% familiar with resetting passwords. These include accounts where a $25,000 credit line is at stake. Here we are talking about food rewards points for heaven's sake. I go down the path of "forgot my password". 2 years agoWe went to BWW on 02/25/2022 at 8:08 pm. We forgot to use our app to check-in so I get up this morning and scan my receipt. Claim #624-220225-40007-4307. I get a response that says the check has already been claimed?? I go to my history in the app and it doesn't show me being there. Can you help me with this? The restaurant is now open and I would like to visit it but I'm not receiving credit for going? Thanks for your help.

2 years agoWent into my Buffallo Wild Wings and when I gave the waitress my phone number she came back and said that wasn't the number. That's the only number I have! Then I noticed that someone hacked into my app and used all my points. Tried to set up a new account but it says that my number is already in use. Can't get a hold of ANYONE at corporate. This is all a bunch of CRAP.

3 years agoMy rewards account has been hacked by someone named Anthony Sosa if that's their real name. This person is using my app with my email address. I attempted to change it back to my info with my phone number but it would not let me. What can I do to get this corrected? My phone number is 317-753-5441. Thank you. I just discovered this when I made a purchase and the cashier could not find my phone number to put my order on my rewards acct.

3 years agoSomeone somehow got into my blazin account and cashed out $34.00 worth of food rewards in Kentucky. (Over 4000 points worth) I live in Washington and have NEVER been to Kentucky. I do not know anyone in Kentucky either. How can I get my points back? And how can you prevent this from happening again. I left an email with customer support...no reply. I called Blazin support number and have been on hold for 45 minutes!

3 years agoDined in your restaurant in Tucson on Harrison/Broadway Oct.6,2020.. went to sign in on app wouldn’t let me check in or sign it... updated app to see if that would help no go! Had At least 5 different codes when I tried each time to get a new passcode to get into my app ... I wasted 20 min in the restaurant frustrated I finally gave up! 3 years agoMy husband and I went to eat at Buffalo wild wings about a week and a half ago right before we went on vacation and imagine my surprise when my Over 4000 points we’re not there I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she didn’t see any reason why they should’ve been deleted I know it says that they expire after a year but it was November 19 the last time I use them and then with the Covid thing we could not go anywhere or could not get food but yet they’ve taken all my points away I am extremely upset and wish for someone to contact me as soon as possible

The app was fine before. After updating, took away the pickup option to pay in store completely, most of what I ordered that was supposedly available to order was not after I did the entire order, finally put together an order where they had everything available, and they wouldn’t take my card because the app couldn’t connect (my connection was fine). Reopened the app several times and finally was able to get one order through which reflected on the order history, and was charged three times for the same order on delivery. On top of that they force you to pay a tip (which I tip anyways additionally), but when looking at the picking up in store option when paying with card it forces you to tip anyways. At least bring back the option to pay in store to prevent this from happening. I’m in the process of getting a refund, which the location was happy to help me with since they called right after they noticed 3 orders went through that were the exact same. Had they not done that, I would be charged $120+ and wouldn’t find out until a month later since everything reflected as a single transaction within the app. This is the first time paying with my card online with the app and probably the last and will probably just call my location to place an order and pay upon pickup since the app is almost useless and stealing money at this time. Beyond ridiculous.

I’ve had a multitude of bugs with this app. One time using it, I ordered for delivery and put in all of my information, double checked everything and when I finalized the order, it had change my order to pickup and I had to drive and go get it. Tonight using it, I ordered for delivery again and the time estimate it gave me was FOUR HOURS LATER. I figured it was a weird glitch and would update later. Two hours later I called the store itself and they told me my order came in with instructions to be held until 7:30 (I ordered at 5pm). At no time did I ever change the time from “ASAP”. The app must have changed it at some point for some inexplicable reason. It’s also just not a very intuitive app. For weeks of use I had to put my contact information in every time I used it. It never saved it despite me being logged in to my account with that information listed. And it NEVER saves my cc info, requiring me to put all the info in every single time.

I’ve ordered through the app twice since April 18th and did not receive points either time. It’s frustrating because there has been a “3X The Points” promotion both times, too. I contacted customer service through the app and was told over a week later that I needed to contact customer service through the support email. Why is there the option to contact customer service through the app if it’s not the proper way to get ahold of someone? I’m still working on getting the issue with the April 18th order resolved and haven’t even attempted to get the missing points for my May 5th order. Ordering through the app is also an extremely frustrating experience. The app itself is very clunky. It takes ages to load each page and loves to erase your order at every turn. My payment information is never saved so the entire ordering process takes a good 20-30 minutes. I’m not happy with the new update to this app at all.
